First time in here and loved it. Great choice of toppings and being able to see the Churros being made. The service was great with 2 servers all chatting and happy. Will definitely come back and tell my friends about it. For under $10 it was a great bite.

Best churros! Our group bought the modern churro, Mexican churro and Spanish churro. If you like big and thick, go for the Spanish. If you like long and thin, choose the Mexican.

Associates were friendly, gave great recommendations. Food was made to order as well as the churros/any additional dessert items. Minimal personal preferences like wanting more sugar on the churros and a little less salt in the birria ramen. My friend enjoyed her carne asada tacos, no complaints.

Best churros of our lives here- ours were stuffed with homemade sweet cream and dolce de leche. The owner, Omar, helped us personally and the service was second to none. The menu is astounding, the prices are more than reasonable, and we’re absolutely looking forward to coming back. My fiance and I were resigned to Coldstone until we saw Modern Churro’s sign, and immediately flipped a U-turn to get here. So glad we did…totally made our day 100% better.

Stopped in on a whim and so glad I did. Freshest churro I’ve ever had, and it was great having a patio table to enjoy it warm immediately. Customer service was helpful with all the options available, and looking forward to trying their other food options next time. Very warm and friendly atmosphere!

It’s not a cupcake and that’s what I love about it! Fresh, crispy and made in front of you. Very refreshing to have such a new delicious spot open in Vista. Highly recommended giving it a try!

Our first time here and it was a great experience. Walking in we were explained the different kinds of churros that they offer as well as plenty of food options including tortas and tacos. The gentleman helping us was patient and helpful as we weren’t familiar with the menu. We got the modern churro to share with vanilla ice cream topped with nuts and granola and lechera drizzle. The soft serve ice cream was so creamy and tasted home made, both my boyfriend and I agreed that the ice cream was a perfect consistency, not too sweet, and so refreshing. The churros were made right when we ordered and they were crispy and airy, not too heavy, it went so well with the ice cream. Overall, it’s the perfect summer treat and we will definitely be back.
