Table side guacamole to start. It was cool to see them prepare it–lots of options.
The side of the brussel sprouts was prolly the best bite. Smokey ham with tender brussel sprouts. Perfectly cooked and balanced.
We got the braised pork shoulder with pineapple habanero sauce (serves two). Sauce was amazing. They bring you a hunk of pork and you shred it yourself. That is both fun and dumb IMHO. The tortillas come out of a hot salt brink and that was cool.
Would come back again, prolly get all new dishes.
I will say the drinks were great! A good cocktail / mocktail you can find here.
I ordered the chilaquiles which I wasn’t too surprised about them having protein (chicken) because I know some restaurants do that but authentic Mexican Chilaquiles rarely don’t but I said whatever let’s order it. Let me start with the salsa idk why it tasted more sour than spicy it just didn’t really go with the dish. The taste and consistency for chilaquiles was lacking.
And the salsa for the chips? Why was it sweet? To me it tasted sweet?
Overall it was alright. If you want real
Authentic Mexican I would go to huaraches or bacanora for the price! But I probably wouldn’t go here for brunch anymore.
Beautifully decorated interior and perfect ambiance and vibe.
Our server Jake was incredible – knowledgeable and friendly, delivering attentive service throughout our dining experience.
Our group tried most of the cocktails – delicious. And everyone loved their entree & dessert!
Shout out to Jake for his recommendations – we will be back!
The food was next level. The pork shoulder tacos were hands down the best thing ever—perfectly tender, packed with flavor, and honestly unforgettable. And the cucumber jalapeño margarita? Easily one of the most refreshing and well-balanced cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Total must-order.
Between the amazing food, great drinks, and Caitlin’s outstanding service, this was a 10/10 experience. We’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for Caitlin again. Highly recommend!
