This place has a problem in selling old dry refried, refried chicken, don’t have the time to drive back to this place for fresh cooked chicken. Should have been cooked the right way the first time not have a customer complain. This is the second time in six month and was hoping the problem was attended to, no success!

I went to try their pickled menu and ordered the fried chicken sandwich, boneless wings, and their lemonade. If you’re a pickle lover, you have to try the whole menu! Sadly, the fried pickles weren’t available in this branch and other branches.
The pickle flavor is noticeable but doesn’t overpower the other flavors. I genuinely didn’t need to add ranch or anything else to the chicken to enjoy it—it was great on its own.
The service was very consistent, and the food had that signature crunch. They take their spice levels seriously! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor.
The bathroom was clean, and the staff was excellent and super sweet—especially Rebeka.

Forty dollars for a 12 piece and 2 sides, you expect everything to be good. You can get the same meal at competing businesses for half that price….we googled it while in line.…the chicken was good but we asked for half spicy and half regular and received 3 spicy pieces of chicken. The Mac n cheese was by far the worst thing about this experience. It was all curdled, dry and cold! We had to throw it away bc it wasn’t even edible. There’s no way an employee scooped that into its container thinking it was even remotely ok. The container for the sides are also pretty small…which is more of a corporate issue than this particular locations issue, but it barely gave us 3 servings. Added some pics of the Mac n cheese…and yes that’s Mac n cheese that looks like fried chicken because it was so clumpy!

Victor is super nice and helpful, and every time he serves my boyfriend and I the food is always fresh. You can tell they dont leave their food to rot under a heater here. Some Popeyes have food that sits and is mushy when you get it, but this one has never failed to serve us food fresh even once. Definitely the best Popeyes in the area.

Every single time we show up here the service has been ridiculous, they don’t have sweet tea.the last 3 times. They don’t make it after 9. It’s been before 9 everytime: No tartar sauce. Their fries are soggy. They sold us an expired caramel cheesecake. Kids/service there is rude: And I call to talk to the manager, she offers me one sweet tea and a cheesecake. Probably expired too! Not even an apology! And won’t give me her name.

I’ve recently started ordering my food through the app here. This is the cleanest and prettiest Popeyes I’ve been too. I really appreciate a nice atmosphere. I’ve never had issues with my orders and everything has been perfect. I will continue to come here.

Pulled up to the drive thru, was told to please wait twice in a duration of 15 minutes then finally was able to order. Mind you, there were no cars in front of me or in the parking lot but 2 assuming those were employees cars. After pulling up to the window the gentlemen apologized for the wait and I paid. I got home and my fries were “re fryed” as well as the wings – definitely not fresh and of course led to grease galore and burnt crispy wings I could barely bite into. The biscuit was burnt and dry and the chicken strips were like rubber. They were out of blackened ranch so I settled for regular. I seriously could not eat it and threw it away. Absolutely disappointing and waste of money. Popeyes really needs to step up on the quality of their food and more quality checks. I saw 4 employees in the kitchen, clearly they were not understaffed at 8pm with no cars. Will not return.

I don’t know where to begin… Service or Food! This Popeyes has the worst service, and each time I have attempted to patronize this store on FM 517, Dickinson, TX my experience has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My husband purchased 24 pieces of chicken that evidently had been sitting under the heat lamp all day… Spoke to the day manager very empathetic, but then he decided to return to the restaurant to get replacement food in place of that previous horrific chicken order, but….. a new manager, Claudia, was not as empathetic, I just want everyone who eats here to check your order before arriving home so that you don’t waste money like we did…. Never again will we eat here.. Thank you for your impeccable attention to customer service.

Slowest drive through service ever.
Slowest service! The woman at the drive through continuously says one moment please. 25 minutes from the speaker to the window and my order was wrong and we didn’t get everything we ordered.
*Update- drive through has gotten a little better, or the chicken sandwich makes the wait more tolerable.
*Another update‐ We ordered the chicken nuggets. Did we get chicken nuggets? No! We recieved chopped up chicken strips. Was not happy.
