The Mill is always a great spot when in Hershey. We got the brisket flatbread, burger, and a lasagna that was on special. Great food. The brisket flat bread was really well balanced and the horseradish sauce on top was phenomenal. The lasagna was meaty and the sauce was sweet. The burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were very high quality. Will definitely be back

This restaurant is the perfect blend of boujie and casual. Very spacious with indoor and outdoor seating, it’s a very beautiful place. I could see weddings, dinners and parties happening here.

Excellent choice for supper! MAKE A RESERVATION, if not than you have to eat at the bar (which wasn’t bad). The bar was very large and had plenty of space for our plates and drinks. The menu is limited in my opinion, but they are willing to amend a dish which was amazing. Service was great, LOVE the drink menu. All drinks had fresh ingredients, no additives to give the flavor (blueberry, rosemary, mint, etc.). Food came out fairly quick and was fresh. We ate downstairs and it was really neat seeing the structure of the old mill. Renovations to turn it into a restaurant were amazingly done. This was the perfect stop before going to a Hershey Bears game. The reason for 4 stars is because a little pricy and the limited menu – it would be difficult to bring a family or to meet up with friends.

This place is very overpriced, in my opinion. It was our first time eating here, and our last. My food was ok but not great, like the price would make you think. I ordered the Brisket that had a pepper BBQ sauce, which had way too much pepper in it. My wife’s food wasn’t good at all. She ordered an Asian bowl with peanut sauce. Everything in the bowl was drowning in the peanut sauce. Maybe they should ease up when pouring the sauce. Our kids ordered kids’ meals, which said it comes with an ice cream, but they never got their ice cream. $12 for a kids’ meal, and they don’t get their ice cream? That’s a rip-off. We saw our waiter when we ordered our food & drinks, when the food arrived and when he brought the bill. That was it. For the price, I expected better service. We will not be returning.

The Mill in Hershey very quickly tied my favorite restaurant for 1st place in my heart on our visit! A farm to table spot with STELLAR eats and drinks to match. The atmosphere is cool, industrial, and rustic feeling at the same time. We ordered drinks, the watermelon martini and peach lemonade. My husband and I shared the house pork belly as an appetizer, and he had the pork chop with apple butter demiglace,I had the scallops with mushroom rissotto and sweet corn puree as our entres. We finishished with the snicker doodle creme Brule and the blueberry peach gallette. All of these tasty bits we both tried and LOVED, and we simply can’t wait to return!

We stopped here during a trip to Hershey and it was an excellent treat! The Mac and Cheese that comes with the brisket meal is probably the best I have ever had. And the brisket and bbq sauce was amazing! Also they have a great selection of cocktails and desserts.

5 Stars all around! Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. I had the watermelon martini and it was sweet and delicious!! Hubby and I split the filet. It was amazing, cooked perfectly and enough food for both of us. We split the Snickerdoodle Crème Brûlée after dinner. All was amazing! Didn’t think to take pics of the food!
