Make sure if you come during the weekend to put your party on the waitlist on Google. That definitely helped plan my time to come!

It was very busy during brunch hour but we got seated fairly quickly. I started off with a pineapple mimosa which I wasn’t a fan of. The mango mimosa definitely made up for it! For my entree I got the breakfast combo. It comes with your choice of eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese grits or potatoes, and pancakes. I decided to sub the pancakes for a waffle instead. FYI. $7 to sub out.

I did enjoy my meal, except I wasn’t a fan of their version of cheese grits. It didn’t even really taste like grits to be honest.

Our hostess Tee was very patience with us and made sure we got everything we needed. She was super sweet! I do look forward coming back and trying more things!

Amazing brunch spot!! My group of friends are serial brunchers & love to try new places – this was next on the list.
We arrived around 10/1030 on a Sat and the wait list was about 30-45 min. Def a popular spot! The space is a little small so we decided to wait outside since the weather was still pleasant. Once seated, our server Savanah was AMAZING. She was so much fun, can’t say enough good things about her. The food and drinks were delicious. I had a skinny as well as a jalapeno margarita – both were great. The chicken & waffles was also delicious. We definitely enjoyed brunching here and look forward to doing so again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I never thought I’d see the day when I’d crown a new champion in the breakfast category. I’ve had Another Broken Egg, I’ve had The Yolk, both of which are fantastic and can hold their own. However, The Mill is simply the best breakfast spot in DFW! The food is always fresh and nice portion sizes for the prices. The customer service is excellent. Everything I’ve tried is wonderful. The waffles, pancakes, skillets, omelettes, eggs, bacon, orange juice – it doesn’t matter – whatever you order will be awesome and your stomach will thank you for it. Outstanding job! The only bad thing I can say is: I don’t live close by. But the great thing is: I DONT LIVE CLOSE BY LOL.

My man and I decided to try this place because it was close by. Man it did not disappoint. The food was so so delicious ( we got Blueberry Lemon Pancakes & the Ranch Hand Skillet ) and our server Alyssa was so on point and was very kind. We also got two lattes and brut champagne. From start to finish it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!!

You will have to wait for a table. Keep that in mind. My 3 stars is only for the food & has nothing to do with the great service at the bar. If you decide to get the Blueberry & Lemon Glaze Pancakes skip the syrup. The Grits has smoked gouda however the flavor is absent.
Shrimp and Grits 6/10
Brisket Grits & Fried Over Easy Egg w Potatoes 6/10
Blueberry Pancakes w Lemon Glaze 7/10
Strawberry Shotcake Waffles 7/10
Banana Foster Fench Toast 7.8/10
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice 10/10

I was out running errands on this sunny Saturday afternoon. Craving the Brisket, Eggs, and Grits bowl from the Mill, I was about 25 minutes away when I hopped on the waitlist. Table was ready when I arrived and the meal I wanted was as delicious as I remembered! Normally I’d have a hot coffee , but today I tried the snickerdoodle latte for the first time and it was very good as well!

Brunch was delicious and cocktails were unique and tasty. We had the Prosciutto Charcuterie Benedict and the Ranch Hand Skillet. The portions were more than enough for one person. Flavors were solid and the ingredients were fresh.

Wow, absolutely fantastic. It hit the spot and then some. From the Benedict, to the Biscuits and Gravy, and the Chicken and Waffles.

It was all on point with great service and a really great atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised and I would definitely go back! I’m actually already looking forward to our next visit! Hoping it happens sooner rather than later.

Great brunch spot. The food was delicious! The staff was attentive and very friendly!
My only negative feedback is the place is small and there is only one bathroom for each gender.
But I think anybody who eats here will enjoy it.
