I was treated ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! My wife and I were relocated to the Duarte area after we lost our home, EVERYTHING IN IT!!, one of our cars in The “ Eaton Fire “ Some people have been gracious enough to supply us with prepaid Gift cards so that we can buy food, groceries, and Gas! I took one of this give cards to this location and attempted to pay for are meal!! After THEIR machine failed several times!! to process the card, even though I called and checked the available balance on the card RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER!! I was forced to use different resources that was allocated for something else!! I explain to the manager Omar our situation and he simply didn’t care!! He ABSOLUTELY NEW WE WERE SURVIVORS OF THE EATON FIRE!! Yet he had no compassion or concern about that!! When I asked Him for the # to corporate office, he refused, only telling me I hat To call “ My Dennys “ WHICH IS NOT THE # TO CORPORATE!! After doing some research myself, I filed an online complaint and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME AT ALL!! I then pick up the phone and called corporate and filed an complaint with a telephone employee of Dennys! I was told I would get a Response in 3-5 Business Days!! THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! I called back on the 6th business Day which I was informed that this particular Dennys had a franchise owner and he would be CALLING ME DIRECTLY IN 24 HOURS!! THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! instead the District Manager Ramos Irrigation (at least that what he claimed his name was) called me, claimed he was a survivor of the Eaton Fire as well, but told me he WASN’T WILLING TO HELP OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM!! Because he Didn’t feel like anything was wrong with their
“ card system “ Even after I explained that the card worked before AND AFTER I tried to use it in their establishment!! This was pure devastating!! that such a Big corporation wouldn’t have ANY SYMPATHY AT ALL FOR SURVIVORS!!

This is actually just denny’s with a new menu and fake name for Door Dash. Food is somehow worse than Denny’s and they took 2 hours to make my order. The delivery person told me they often have trouble and delivery people have to cancel because they take too long.
