Last week ordered a pup cup cuz my girl is spoiled.. I was served about a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream. Only place this has happened. Today we sat I the drive thru line for 20 mi uses and there was only 1 car in front of us.

I love Dairy Queen! But the Sidney NE one is a sad excuse, miniature portion size on the ice cream treats and a manager with a bad attitude. Oh well there are plenty of other options!

Very disappointed. Got a 4 piece chicken strip box and the toast was barely toasted and the butter looked like it was just dumped into the box. More butter on the fries and ranch containers than on the bread. Cold fries and the tiniest chicken strips. I was the only car in drive through. As an old crew worker it’s embarrassing.

Showed for lunch yesterday and it was located in such a perfect spot and the area outside was nice and clean. The staff was amazing friendly was quick to get our food ordered. When sitting down to eat it was quite and a pleasant atmosphere.

The food was definitely decent, I feel as the wait time could’ve been shorter though. I do believe the staff is hard working and doing the best they can. In the most respectful way, I would like to mention that the gentleman that brings the food out could do better with hygiene and should consider a hair net. Otherwise a wonderful person. Good job guys.
