Was great to eat here. Staff were awsome and checked in multiple times. The owner Cheryl was walking around and also checked in a few time. Now onto the food. It was Awsome!!! My steak was prepared perfectly and it was a good cut. It was tender and tasted great. If I could I would eat here all the time.

This was my second time here, and I will say the first time, at least in terms of food, was much better. First and foremost I’ll start off by saying our waitress was amazing. Got the bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer. Had to have been the best bacon-wrapped scallops I’ve ever had.
Unfortunately the main course is where things went downhill. Ordered the Cajun steak topped with crab from the specials menu. Everyone around the table who ordered steak either from the special or today menu ordered medium rare, but not a single steak came out better than a lukewarm rare. The Cajun seasoning was not great, and there was definitely something off about the crab topping–it was not good. I’ve honestly had better steaks at places like Roadhouse and Logan’s.
The first time I was there I also ordered off the specials menu, and the duck l’orange was one of the best tasting things I’ve ever eaten, so I’m not going to shut out the restaurant completely. I will probably just avoid steak meals.
**I didn’t take any photos of the steak, but I did find an old one of the duck, so I shared that one instead. Better meal anyway.**

My wife and I have to say this place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Our server Matthew was spot on. He had taken good care of us. We both had steak and it was cooked to perfection. We would highly recommend this place for a date night. We will be returning in the future.

The Alfredo with purse pockets has always been my favorite! Decided to come here for a birthday dinner and was disappointed with the food/portion sizes. The chicken in the Alfredo tasted like water, no flavor at all. A family member got the fish and chips and the portion looked like it was from the kids menu. I don’t think there were ten French fries on the plate. The picture attached is before they even touched a fry or took a bite of the fish. The fish was good, just can’t believe the portion that was given for dinner. The service was good, just disappointed with this food this time. Will hopefully give it another chance down the road.

So I was born in Hazleton and I came home to visit family. We always wanted to come here and we were able to make resy for 8 for a Friday night at 730. The atmosphere was great and the waiter being only there for 2 months was a great server. His mom also works there! Now the food is really good and the google picture don’t do it justice so we will upload better photos for this place. They didn’t have raw oysters but the other apps was good. I recommend the calamari appetizer and the lamb chops.

The atmosphere captivates you from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed how they had all the winter/Christmas decorations still up, because `tis the season for celebrating.
The waitresses worked well together and the owner/manager stopped over to check in on us several times throughout the meal, but in a very friendly and non-intrusive way.. she just really wanted to make sure we were enjoying everything… and we absolutely did.
Oysters Rockefeller turned my girlfriend into
an oyster and anise lover (the cream sauce is very subtle but a perfect touch) instantly. Extra extra dirty martinis were perfectly crafted, the menu isn’t too big which screams quality and consistency to me. The shrimp and chicken dish had a peppery cream sauce that was more flavorful than spicy. And the steak… delmonico with a mushroom cream sauce, and the steamed veggies were cooked perfectly. That sounds like a minor detail, but they were so colorful and vibrant that I knew they were prepared fresh to order and if they put that much care into nailing their sides imagine the flavor of the mains. The rice pilaf was excellent and the sweet potato waffle fries had a maple bourbon glaze that left your lips puckering from a little extra bourbon flavor you don’t get with this style side always.
We got the steak medium rare and it was just that, perfectly delicious all throughout and perfectly cooked to the very edge. Nicely seasoned as well.

Living in the area our whole lives, we’ve always heard great things but never tried it out until today. I called for reservations, the gentleman who answered the phone was friendly. Upon arriving we were greeted with smiling faces. Service was great! Our meals were amazing! 10 out of 10!!! This will be our go-to for date night moving forward!

What can I say! Every visit is a new experience! Great service from Sue and the entire staff..Cheryl is always there to greet you on a first name basis for us regulars..and the food was outstanding as usual. I recommend visiting the meeting house for a quaint and personal feeling.atmosphere and music is very relaxing,making my meal that much better..Hats of the chef tonight. Another great meal!
