I’ve had no issues with the people working here as many seem to have had. The guy who took my order seemed very quiet and didn’t make much conversation out of confirming what was said.
The food was okay, as my partner had said to me “It’s a sandwhich”.
The atmosphere is a mix between restocking and going out of business. Things were kind of everywhere and it seemed like they were in need of a cleaning, although it was heading to early evening. Very quiet, no one else inside or in the parking lot.

Did an online order for a roast beef sandwich foot long. added 50% more meat for $1.50. It was ready at the time promised. The extra meat didn’t seem like much, but I guess the regular portion must be little. It was OK tasting sandwich but not like a gourmet deli sandwich, but for a fast food chain, decent.

The worst place I ever ate at I ordered online. I don’t have lunch until 12:00 AM. It did not give me an option for 12 o’clock 1030pm is what option I got on the app so I tried to call the store 2 different times and there is no number that works for that store so I went to pick up my food at 12 and ask for my sandwiches to be remade since it was already two hours later. The guy on Night Shift decided no he wasn’t gonna remake my sandwiches. He was gonna remake me pay for everything to remake the sandwiches argued with me and told me he will not help me. He will not serve me. He will not pay back my money either.. This guy is always disrespectful always rude always have an attitude. The store is never clean. I have worked for the factory for five years going on six and this store has always had problems with customer service and the cleanings in it On night shift . I only took one of the sandwiches out of the two and still refuse to give me my money back so at this point, I am really angry and I want my money back truthfully and I will never come back to the store. I have my receipt and I will be there first thing in the morning at 7 AM to deal with this matter.. Its extremely unprofessional and extremely unsafe and at this point I feel like calling the health District because when is it ever OK to serve Cold food that’s been sitting out for two hours to a customer that already paid for their food. It is not my fault that your store has a number listed that does not work. Nor is it my fault that they don’t give a 12 AM option on the app I was told to call the number that was on the door when I call it. It goes straight to voicemail so at this Point something needs to be done and that guy needs a better attitude Towards customers in the store

This is what I paid $15 for. It is supposed to be a hot pastrami footlong deluxe which means it is supposed to have one and a half times the amount of meat as a regular sandwich. I was assured that this was one and a half times the amount of meat. I was quickly reminded of why I stopped getting food from here since it changed owners. I was left hungry and not too happy that I paid so much for a sandwich that tasted mostly like just bread and guacamole.

Ordered food online through the Subway app for my lunch break expecting the store to be open 24 hours, like their front door says. Showed up at 3:55am to find all the lights off, the door locked, and no one around except for a pickup with a bed full of garbage in the parking lot. No way to get a refund unless you call the customer service hotline during daytime hours.
Update – January 4th, 2020: Driving by at 6am this store is still closed even though there is a car parked in front. Lights and open sign are off. Still not a 24 hour store.

It’s really the only place to eat out here. Just say that DLish says to “make it a garden.” They’ll add all of the veggies.
*EDIT 2018-04-02* – Ever since Jessica left this location, it has gone downhill. The employees are rude (swearing and and sarcastic to their faces) to the customers and incredibly slow. They need to pay their employees more to get some quality people. Dropping to 2 stars. This Manager needs to be here everyday to get his employees under control.
EDIT 2019-01-30 ** – Jessica is back, but they are struggling ever since they went 24 hrs. Customers have long wait times and the employees seem to disappear in the back. During checkout the employees act as if they have never used a touch screen POS before. Also, the pastrami was so full of gristle that I couldn’t bite through it. Why do I come? Nothing else out here.
