We are a small town family owned food trailer. The owner has been a cook/baker for over 30 years. We stride to make good quality food at a fair market price. Almost everything is made in house or from the surrounding area. We get fresh burger weekly, which are hand rolled to 1/3 pound balls and then pressed on the grill when ordered. We hope you find time to come by and check us out and try some our food.

Amazing burgers!! They were bursting with flavor and they definitely don’t skimp out on toppings and fries! We really liked their “spicy” fry sauce (it wasn’t very spicy). Overall such a great food experience. Looking forward to trying the BBQ next time.

Our favorite restaurant and THE BEST burger in town! We love their menu and local beer selection. The owners are incredibly kind, hardworking people and the customer service is 5 stars! Grab some of their delicious baked goods in the morning, or stop by for dinner – we love that they serve both. I recommend the bacon onion jam burger and the pretzel platter appetizer…and a slice of their cheesecake if you have room!

I guess we came on the wrong day to eat at Muffin Tops this Bakery. When we looked up the reviews, it seemed amazing! Cool little spot before our jet boat and hike through Hells Canyon. The server and hostess Shey was amazing and offered to help and have us a few options and had a smile on the entire time. We were looking for some cinnamon rolls and some good old American breakfast everything that we asked for they did not have, including a side of bacon. SHEY went to the back a couple of times to ask, and the answer was no. We ended up ordering some biscuits and gravy and a burrito, which was not really that good. The burrito had a bacon, cheese, and hashbrown pre made mixture.
The owner came out and started to tell us what they don’t do and how he works 20 hour days or more every day, and his wife called in today! Listen, we all got issues, but we were ready to spend money and have ahesrty breakfast.

But everyone has a bad day now and again, and I would come back during the week to try the full menu and hopefully see an excited chef. I work in the food industry and know that chefs, no matter what day of the week , they always love cooking for people.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday. The 2 staff on hand were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable atmosphere and seating. The biscuits and gravy were good and the breakfast burrito was good sized. Wife tried a gluten free Lemon poppy muffin and it was ok for gluten free. Overall the food was Ok but could use some seasoning to kick it up a notch.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning on the way to a Hells canyon jet tour. Looking for cinn rolls but since they are closed Sunday and Monday the bakery items limited. Owner complained about how many hours he’s there which seems like they aren’t busy. Waitress did great job trying to cover for his grouchy attitude. Food was just okay. Not a full serve spot.

The name is a little awkward but you won’t care once the maple syrup marinaded bacon hits your mouth.
