Stopped in to try their biscuits and gravy and I was about 5 minutes too late as they stop serving breakfast at 11am. I will have to come back to try it and I will update this review if I feel breakfast is better than lunch.

Lunch- Chicken tenders were so, so. They were edible but I definitely wouldn’t order them again. I asked for a muffin and was informed they were store bought, not homemade.

The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is great. This is definitely a local place and it’s nice to see that. Some of the lunch prices were pricey, especially for a diner. Overall, I would be willing to try breakfast to see if that’s better than lunch.

Best diner around! In fact, best I’ve been to since moving to Florida. Get the hashbrown casserole or smoked sausage at breakfast.

Such a charming place! Love the decor . . . It’s inviting, clean and bright. This was our first visit. We saw the AYCE fried chicken on Sundays and made it a point to go this past Sunday. The fried chicken was delicious! So tasty and not greasy at all. The variety of sides is fantastic! Wonderful southern comfort foods. The service was awesome! Mallory was wonderfully friendly, professional and attentive. Great service, great food and a great place! We will definitely make this one of regular places!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. I’ll start with the positives. We were able to be seated immediately. Our server, I think her name was Sam, was great. She did a really good job. The iced tea was really good too. We even took some to-go. As for the food, some things were homemade but some things clearly weren’t and that was a bit disappointing. Portions are large. I thought the pricing was fair for what they give you. The cobbler was tasty.
I wish we lived in the area because I’d love to come here for breakfast. I imagine it’s really good.

The Mason Jar is one Awesome place to dine! From the owner down the line, everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your time there the Very Best it can be! Justin the owner had bought The Mason Jar about a year ago. He’s barely made any adjustments, because hardly any were needed. The cooks, and the Ladies who are the servers are truly the best! Justin himself can me seen on any given day helping out with anything. He buses tables, takes orders, delivers orders, cashes out customers, and anything else needed. You don’t see very many owners doing what he does. Justin and his whole staff are totally dedicated to making your dining experience the best! They have a wide variety of foods, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. They can accommodate parties, group outings, and special occasions. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. They also give veteran and military discounts up 10%.

Solid food, country style. For the first time in a long time I had chicken livers, crossing my fingers that they weren’t dried and overdone like the gas stations where you will usually find them. They weren’t. Lightly battered and fried they were essentially perfect if a little cool. Coleslaw, beers and fried okra were all good, but not as good as home. Plenty of servers meant even the group that we showed up with were well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean. I would definitely return.

This is the place! Consistently great food, service and prices kept low. Had to be out here for work and found this quickly became my go to place. Can get busy, but staff is very efficient and you won’t find yourself waiting long if at all.
