I like this place. Food selection is enough to get something fairly tasty. The place is smallish but not cramped. The barkeep is great. He is easy going and the customers follow his lead. It feels like a place out of the 50s. The place is clean and fresh smelling. And, the prices are great.

Best spot in the area! Sam’s has a great local feel and friendly service. The food is consistently incredible—specifically the steak wedge with mixed peppers and the wings. Don’t skip the fries or tater tots; they’re always crispy and pair perfectly with the Sam sauce. Highly recommended!

Wow. The owners of this establishment owned over a dozen restaurants. I think the number was 17? 5 Star dining quality food in a comfortable Lee delight dive bar like setting that is family friendly enough for you to bring your kids if you just want to grab a bite and relax while they play shuffleboard. Delicious food good price drinks. Good conversation .

Personally I think this is one of the most underrated food spots in all of Westchester County. I live near the border in Greenwich and its a go to. I’ll start with some must trys. First off you have their steak sandwich. It’s a full piece of steak, not chopped up Philly style. Always get mixed peppers hot and sweet. House made bbq sauce is already on it, but you have to ask for a side of Sam’s Sauce. Comes with fries and if you’re feeling a little wild throw those on there as well. Incredible. Another staple there is their wings. Super simple and straight forward. To give you an idea of how good they are we did a vote for the best wings in Greenwich (just over the border) and they won the fan vote. Like I said, anything on their menu is outstanding, but if you want the full experience to start I’d go with a steak sandwich and wings for an app. What the hell throw in some super tots and popcorn shrimp as well. Can’t say enough about Sam’s. The food is excellent the service is great and the atmosphere is your typical hometown bar. Always a pleasure going to Sam’s. I definitely recommend.
