A great place, the food and the drinks were delicious, the service fast and very friendly. Especially Tiffany was very helpful and made sure everything was great. Also a very pleasant view of the Hudson River from the patio. I’d definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re in the area!

Absolutely no service! We waited 30 minutes to get a menu to look at. Staff didn’t care or apologize. Food was just okay. I would definitely not recommend going there. The only good thing about the restaurant was the view of the Hudson.

We just returned from a very disappointing dinner on a Saturday night at Martini. We started at the Bar and the bartender and drinks were great. Unfortunately, we should have ended the night there. We got a table to try the dinner and it started out ok, although we were made to move our seating as “the owner was coming and wanted that table”. Very strange view of customer service if you ask me, and by the way, the owner never appeared. Our was the Calamari which was good, light and tender. The trouble began with the entrees. The food came out pretty readily, and my Cavatappi a la vodka was very good. Unfortunately my wife ordered crab cake brioche and the crab cake appetizer was brought out. When she brought that to our waitresses attention, the reply was “I will get in trouble if I let him know in the kitchen…I will get yelled at”. No effort was made to rectify the entrée, and my wife left hungry. The waitress never came back and checked on us, and we had to beg for water refills. The waitress finally came back to clear the table and I asked for the check. After almost 18 minutes we got the check and she had deducted a glass of wine from it, stating “I bought the drink for you for all the trouble…the kitchen is a debacle” We were charged full price for the entrée, so I don’t see how we got any drink bought for us. When bringing back the change, the waitress further stated that they were short staffed, and she wasn’t even supposed to be working tonight. The manager was in the kitchen yelling at people and she was constantly complaining that she was getting yelled at”. A real downer in regard to customer service, and we both felt very uncomfortable. Add a woman’s room that was littered with paper towels all over the place, and we have had enough, The food overall was good, but the customer service and complaining about the place from the staff itself after only 3 or 4 weeks of being open was an absolute turn off. We won’t be back and if anyone is interested in good service to accompany the pretty good food, I would run away quickly. Much better choices abound the Hudson Valley.
