This is a charming coffee shop with friendly service! I typically gravitate towards cold brews, so the employees convinced me to try their seasonal chocolate cold brew with strawberry cold foam. It was absolutely delicious, and I also enjoyed their everything bagel with cream cheese. If you have time, you can even relax and read one of their many book options while you enjoy your coffee. This is the perfect cozy spot to start your day!

This coffee shop reminds me of one of those cute but quaint coffee shops you would find on the show Gilmore Girls. I have been going to The Main Cup for four years now and I never get tired of it. Their drinks are the BEST coffee to get in little old Cynthiana and the staff is always so nice and personable. I definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Cynthiana to stop by The Main Cup. My most favorite coffee shop. I love their lattes, the friendly, fast service, and their chicken salad! They have a wonderful book room where you can borrow books & rooms upstairs for meetings with friends or small groups.
Want to sit outside? They have cute bistro sets on the porch & tables in the yard. I personally love the picnic table under the pink Dogwood tree.

Had to visit twice during our three day visit, cause when you find a good thing it’s worth returning! The honey bun latte was my husband’s choice both times, and I had a plain brevé as well as one with sugar free brown sugar cinnamon. 10/10 all around. Definitely stop in if you’re passing through this great town!
