I came by about 30 minutes ago to get a breakfast burrito ordered. No tomatoes because I’m allergic to them and when I get my burrito it’s full of tomatoes. Then I tried to call the store and nobody answered. It just rang. I am officially done with Sonic. They’re all trash but this one in particular is the worst. I can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience at this one.

First off let’s realize this is a relative review. We’re talking about Sonic a fast food restaurant. So when I say the food is five stars I’m saying the food is good for a fast food restaurant. When I say the atmosphere is five stars I’m saying it’s good for a place where you actually park your car in a stall and never step inside. But when I say the service is good at this particular location I’m saying the service is good for any kind of restaurant that’s not a Michelin. The kids they employ here are always respectful and get your order right. That’s saying a lot in today’s world especially for sonics and other fast food establishments.

This is a shadow of what it was. Each meal is haunted by the flavor of past meals that the food here no longer measures up to. Every time I come to Sonic I find myself chasing an idea of good burgers and crunchy tater tots, and what I get instead is less money in my pocket and more disappointment. Eating at Sonic under the blue color scheme represents an exercise in an inability to accept that this restaurant has fallen to the predatory investor class that has ruined so many other establishments whose best days are behind them.

Might want to remember that customers can hear you even if the drive thru window is closed. Employees were loudly cursing and talking very bad about a boss or coworker that had annoyed them early that morning (and obviously was not in for the day). Breakfast took forever because they were busy “venting” and it made me late for my day.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru before anyone opened the window. Ordered 3 blasts and 2 of them were just vanilla ice-cream with reese’s sprinkled on top. Complete waste of time and money.

Ordered my food, burger was made wrong, turned around to have them fix it. Double bacon cheeseburger easy mayo lettuce only, came out double cheeseburger extra mayo! Not turning around again! Worst Sonic in the area!

I love sonic and all their choices. Whatever snack you’re in the mood for, sonic can satisfy! They did forget 3 of my all American dogs and I had to go back to get them. Fresh ones were made for me with no issue, since I showed then my receipt, they were happy to assist.

Pulled up to order took 5 minutes after I hit the Red button after ordering another 7 minutes before a carhop call out to take my order then another 5 minutes before got my Cherry Limeaide 17 minutes ? Sonic in North Western service is horrible I will drive 10 miles out of my way if I ever purchase from Sonic again !

Food is always correct, fresh & delicious. This sonic is my go-to for consistency! Staff is SUPER nice! Wait times are reasonable & order is always correct! Everytime! ❤️ Shoutout & thank you’s to the Cooks, Carhops, Order Takers, Managers & any other puppet masters that help run this location so well & so efficiently! You all deserve applause & a RAISE! (I hope whomever is the franchise owner sees THIS review & sees to my recommendation! They have a GREAT crew working at this location.) Thank you all so very much! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!
Also, the parking lot/stalls/landscaping is very well manicured. (Since Google reviews will want to know)
