Love this place! A very extensive menu with everything from sushi to noodles, great Asian fusion cuisine. The cocktails are delicious and service is always wonderful. The live jazz room on the weekends is also a great vibe. Highly recommend!

Had heard about this place so many times that I went to try it finally. Large menu with a lot of options and asian cuisine to pick from. We got thai food – vegetarian glass noodles and chicken mango thai curry. The decor is very interesting and waitstaff is very friendly. Even on Friday night there was seating available and we didn’t have to book in advance, and this is not saying that the restaurant wasn’t full, there were a LOT of people. Taste of the food is good, and authentic. Large cocktail and alcohol selection as well. Good place for 2 people or for a very big party of 10 and above.

All around fantastic first experience here. Came here to listen to my cousin’s jazz professor and ended up having the complete experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the well made cocktails, loved splitting a sushi boat all while listening to classic jazz artists riff off of one another. A little expensive, but absolutely excellent atmosphere!

Food is not worth your money. Their sashimi is not fresh. We also ordered the Una Ju (eel) and it was very thinly sliced and their portions are so small. I would go somewhere for Japanese food for the price they charged and the quality of food they provided. We didnt try their Thai food selection. Would not recommend any of their Japanese dishes at all!

Had a early dinner with my partner. Great choice. The food was excellent. The service was good enough, nothing to complain about and nothing to brag about either. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

My friend lives right down the street, and suggested this, along with several other options when we visited. This menu has it *all* if you like both Sushi and Thai dishes. We had so many delicious things. The food was all fresh, gorgeous, and delicious. I loved the scorpion roll.

The food at The Mad Monkfish is great! They offer some gluten free options, including a few (not many) sushi rolls, curries, and pad Thai. I recommend the beef pad Thai. They also offer vegan and vegetarian options.

The interior design of the place is great. Service is fast, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The chicken satay and california roll were disappointing: the satay came out cold, and the sushi terribly lacked in freshness. The cranberry teriyaki chicken was great and I would recommend it.

I went here this afternoon for a jazz event. The servers were all nice, engaging, and professional. My food, a shrimp bao bun and some nigiri sushi were all fresh and delicious. I asked for a non alcoholic version of a drink and they were very accommodating. I’ll definitely go back. A plus is how much the staff enjoyed the singing as well!
