My wife Angelica and I chose The Loupe Lounge at the Space Needle in Seattle, WA, to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary tonight. We wanted to express, beyond the emotion and wonderful feelings about the journey we’ve been building and walking together over these 30 years, how amazed we were by the kindness, friendliness, and sensitivity of Ms. Andrea, the waitress who served us that night. She, along with the service team, the chef, and the kitchen staff, made this special night an unforgettable experience. The care in the service and the attention to detail in preparing the special dishes to accommodate our dietary restrictions delighted and impressed us! We will return many more times and would certainly love to receive Ms. Andrea’s service again!! Congratulations and thank you all!!!

The food quality was very poor. They no longer offer the ribeye steak, even though it is still listed on their website as part of the menu and that was the food I wanted to test there. Many of the dishes lacked consistency in flavor—one bite would taste overly salty while the next was unexpectedly spicy, even within the same item.
The waffle and also yogurt we received had an onion smell, which made it seem like the same utensils used for chopping onions were also used for preparing desserts. The cocktails were also very disappointing; they tasted so bad that we left them untouched. The Falafel we tried tastes like anything except falafel. Generally, their menu offering very limited items.
Service was slow, with a long wait for each course to arrive. In addition, our table was placed in a corner with no pleasant view, which was the whole reason to go to this restaurant. So, very bad overall experience.

My best friend and I came here for dinner and it exceeded our expectations. The instructions on what to do when we first arrived were clear. The only downside I would have to say from the experience was when we walked in and the host was taking us to our table, a bartender thought we were trespassing and tried to stop us until he saw the host with us. That made us feel like he stereotyped us. The rest of the staff treated us with respect and made the experience much more enjoyable, especially our waiter. She was fantastic. We tried The Oceanic and The Space Gardner menu and it was very tasty. My favorite was The Oceanic that brought the caviar tasting and dugenes crab roll. To drink, I tried the Tip Top Yuzu Drop and Appletini and they were both delicious. I did enjoy the Tip Too Yuzu Drop more and the glass it comes in reminded me of an Octopus. I absolutely loved how we were able to enjoy the view for as long as we wanted to, as we did not feel rushed. We also got a bit of a show how some of the drink, food and dessert came out. The views you get of the city here is spectacular. I also loved how everything is paid for before arriving so you’re thoroughly focusing on enjoying the experience from the moment you arrive. After dinner, you can definitely explore the space needle. It is a bit of a splurge to come, but in my opinion it’s totally worth it.

I went on Saturday 20th September to celebrate my birthday was amazing! I feel so VIP they didn’t make me wait, the access from the street to the restaurant was so fast, the food was very good, the personal Amazing the drinks super good.
The view, wow!
Everything super clean.
They help you to take amazing pictures.
The only thing: the bathroom not very clean because it’s the public bathroom that the space needle offers for everyone. What’s very understandable.

Amazing experience. $150 per person which includes the space needle view. You get two drinks and the 3 course tasting. I did not think I would be full but it was more food than I thought. The butcher a d seafood menu were amazing. Great views, great sips and great experience. #reviewsbyelijah

We got the Butcher and Oceanic tower experience and they both ended up being very tasty. Each course comes with complimentary drink of your choice, which includes mocktails for people who don’t drink alcohol. (so two per person)
The staff was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! The super well dressed and curteous gentleman host Nate and our superb attentive server Frankie who took so many photos for us. They both definitely made sure that the experience was superb and pleasant.
We were lucky to see both Mt Rainier and Mt Baker before the clouds rolled in, and since the restaurant is on the rotating part of the Space Needle, there’s always something new to look at.
The only minor downside was that they don’t offer coffee or tea – our server said they could grab it from the coffee place upstairs, but we didn’t want to cause too much hassle and just had our mocktails and wine.

As a single person who went to celebrate their birthday, I would’ve chosen somewhere else that cost just as much for a better experience. My server Cara was excellent, very nice very accommodating, but she was the best thing, I only liked about 1/2 of my preplanned courses, and I was hearing the same from my neighbors. The drinks were also great but online it said it came with three drinks and they only gave me two. Not worth the money honestly

Our server went above and beyond to make sure our special dinner went as planned. She definitely deserves a raise. Food was beyond amazing. Like every bite was a new experience. And the drinks…. oh my. Every drink has its own little show. Definitely worth every penny. Due to renovations they offer the stairs to get down at the end of the night. Don’t do it. It was 900 steps and my legs were jello at the end. I don’t recommend unless your physically fit and have good vision. Its dark. Overall 10 of 10.

Yes, it is expensive, and the food is not the best I have ever had. But that is not really the point. The Loupe Lounge is about the experience, and it truly delivers.
A local friend tried to tell me it was not worth it, but I kept thinking when will I ever have this experience. I am so glad I went. The food and drink presentation is very artistic, and the seating on the rotating floor was great.
Some of the drinks we tried were not to our taste, but our waiter was incredibly friendly and kind and immediately replaced them with something else, which we really appreciated.
My reservation was right before sunset, and it was absolutely the right choice. We arrived in time to watch the sunset, and it felt magical. The atmosphere can be quite romantic and made the entire experience feel special. One thing to note, if you want to be seated right next to the window, those are two person tables.
After dinner, we were able to stay on the rotating floor, go out onto the observation deck, and take photos, which was such a nice bonus. We also opted for valet parking, which was very convenient, and there is a gift shop at the end to wrap up the experience nicely.
I am really glad I got to experience it.

This place is so wonderful! We are from the Seattle area and heard that the food and entire experience was wonderful these days at the Lounge and this exceeded expectations! We did make a reservation for brunch, and there a bit of a security line to get in to the line to go up the space needle to the Lounge. We were fast tracked to the front of the line, then immediately seated and served a pastry and water. The presentation of the mock/cocktails is absolutely wonderful and the service was insanely wonderful! Nate – the food and beverage manager is wonderful, and the staff – are all so outstanding! There was then a move to the front of the line to go down the elevator – minimal waiting! There is valet parking for a fee. The view is incredible – obviously. This is my new favorite place in the area!
