I came in here for the first time and I must say everything was amazing. I’ve heard nothing but good things about. It’s good and beans.So I finally came in to give it a try. Definitely, don’t regret it. Only regret is not getting in here sooner. I got myself the melted ham and cheese on a cheddar and green onion biscan and the old my Lord voice it out of this world, all the employees here are super friendly, and serve you with a smile on their face.. The owner took a minute Christina to introduce herself.

that he not only cares about her business but cares about their employees as well, which is even more important. I love that. Thank you for having me in today. And I look forward to coming back. I should have gotten a picture before a eighth.Most of my biscuit. They also have a full espresso skin in which they make a great coffee.Italian sodas and much more . I gave a 5 in all categories listed as I am always pleased with all and when friends come in from out of town, this is one of the places I have to introduce them to. I love even the day old biscuits as happy to have them at home for my g-son who works nights. Thank you. I honor that you are open until 2, but the day goes by so fast and I miss going as often as I would, but it does help me get moving faster to get my matcha latte! thank you for all you do!

I’ve ordered from here so many times since moving to lake Steven’s in 2020, but I have to say the quality has gone WAYYY down. So many times my order has been messed up when I order on door dash. I always order an iced latte. No flavor just plain but so many times it’s come with vanilla, or hot. Today, I ordered a 12oz iced latte, and I was delivered a hot latte, and to top it off this (see picture) is what I received. This is a 12oz? Did they drink it first? I was shocked and tbh super disappointed. Won’t be going here again or ordering from here again

I have been coming to biscuit and bean since they opened and have always loved their food. But I’d say the last 6 months at least I have been disappointed in their gravy every time. Even though we come back every weekend. My family loves it. I definitely think they have changed something in their sausage gravy recipe. It’s bland and just not the same. For the price, lately it has not been worth it.

I want to start this off with I love Biscuit and Bean but recently their service hasn’t been as good as it usually has… I’ve had 3 times where they’ve messed up my order but today unfortunately was the last time. I’ve tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt and have tried my best to be polite and understanding. I just don’t want to keep spending my money if they’re going to keep messing it up and today just felt as if they did it on purpose which I’m not sure why…I talked with the cashier about each others day, making small talk and I even tipped 30% (like I always do). So today I came in and I had ordered an egg and cheese sandwich (which was perfect) then I had asked the girl at the register if they had redbull and she said yes. I then asked if I could get a redbull Italian soda. But while I was waiting for my order I looked at the receipt and it said “Italian soda” so once it came out I asked if it had redbull and the girl making drinks said no so I asked if she could remake it I even said if I had to pay for it I would wait in line again to do so but the girl making the drinks said that I didn’t need to and that she’d remake it no problem and have it right out. Well I had waited for maybe 20-25 minutes for it, which they were busy but many other drinks had come out (maybe 5 or 6). At that point I was nearly later for work so I told her to not make it because I needed to go and still ended up paying for it because I didn’t have time to wait in line to ask for a refund. Again I really enjoy their food and how service used to be and it truly sucks with what happened today I wish them the best but I won’t be returning.

These folks working here are so nice! I went in at 2:10, thinking they closed at 2:30 (no idea why, just got it in my head that it was 2:30) and blissfully ordered, and they were so nice and made me my drink, I didn’t even realize they were supposed to be closed!! When I was a barista I would have been so upset at the audacity, and honestly they could have been short or kicked me out and they didn’t. Just really kind people! And their cardamom latte is to die for! Highly recommend

Biscuit sandwiches were large and delicious! Would definitely come back. Can get crowded inside. Only 2 tables that seat 4 people each and 2 bar tops along the windows that seat 2 each. Some additional seating outside.

Really like supporting local small companies but it took over 20 minutes to get out order of 3 dirty chai lattes, no food, this woukd have been understandable had they let us know when we ordered and we would have passed. Then the issue of quality, a 16oz quad dirty chai latte shouldn’t tast like someone put a tea bag in drip coffee and topped it with milk and thats what we got x3 for over $20 that literally went in the trash.

You guys have the best sausage gravy in the north end, bar none. The thing I wish you would start selling is hashbrowns. Your biscuits and gravy are great, add some hashbrowns and that’ll put everything over the top.
