This was such a great little spot! The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. The food was amazing—we all cleaned our plates, that’s how good it was. I also love that on Saturdays they offer discounted kids’ meals with the purchase of adult entrées, which makes it perfect for families. The atmosphere was relaxed, not crowded at all, and the music added a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in for a quick bite & was not disappointed. Service was fast, plenty of seating (Sunday afternoon), and the food we ordered was very good! Their menu had lots of great options & the Asian Chicken Salad I ordered was enough to satisfy my hunger.

I liked my create-your-own pizza. My wife liked her salad. But we LOVED our milkshakes! We tried the classic chocolate shake and the pumpkin pie milkshake. Both highly recommended. The ambiance is “casual cafe”. So nothing fancy, but still features some style and has a nice vibe. One oddball feature: Clean bathrooms. That’s not common in some other restaurants. One other non-standard feature is their dedication to the community. They’re a charitable business and give back to the community.

Overall, the food and service were very good, as they usually are. However, our order was initially placed in the wrong bags, which caused some confusion. When we brought it to the manager’s attention, he approached the situation appearing somewhat irritated and immediately stated that they would just cook everything again without first asking what the issue was.
We asked him to give us a moment so we could check the order, and it turned out that everything was actually there just packaged in the wrong bags. The situation seemed to escalate more than necessary, and the manager appeared frustrated during the interaction.
Aside from that moment, the food was excellent and the overall experience was still positive, as it typically is. I would only suggest that situations like this be approached a bit more calmly, especially when interacting directly with customers.

Great Quality Pizzas. Fresh, and tasty food in a casual friendly atmosphere. This place is packed! Every seat was filled and non stop customers were coming in for take out service which was like watching a well oiled machine. The staff has it down. We loved their pizza especially.

We have always loved The Loop! I’m not sure if we had ever been to this one before and liked the different style it had. The portions seemed smaller than they were previously. My son ordered a shake separately from our original order. He waited a really long time, finally went up and asked about it and they had put it in the freezer instead of using his pager.

Nice little stop for lunch. Located in a cute strip for shopping. Very Friendly staff! Fair prices. Clean. Asian salad was disappointing. Bland, little to no dressing, watered down. I wish it had those little Asian crunchies you get with duck sauce over the top ramen noodles, which were a horrible addition to the salad. The walnuts that were put in there were not very good either. The burger and onion rings were great!

I live close by the Loop in San Marco,but I don’t frequent it much,why? Because every single time I dine-in or order to go,there is a problem with my order. Once they forgot to give me silverware on a to go with my salad for lunch,no big deal,I should have checked. The most recent visit,the young man just ignored me while I was right in front of him trying to order,so I ordered to go eventually,a large chicken,garlic,spicy cilantro pizza and an oreo milkshake,the issue was they did not put jalapeños,nor any garlic,zero,and the chicken was too crispy and not enough. Oh,and the milkshake was frozen solid and had no whipped cream and no cherry.Why did they ask me if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry but not add that? They did not even blended it,they just handed me a solid ice-cream in the cup. I love The Loop,but the one at San Marco sucks so bad,I would never ever go there again. I gave them many times a chance to make it right,but they are not doing a good job there, and I have been returning year after year and still sucks.If I could give it a minus zero I would. Shame on you. Learn from the Loop in Fernandina Beach,they are excellent in every way,they are not slackers,they don’t ignore you while you are standing in front of whoever is suppose to take your order,they know what they are doing, unlike at the one in San Marco. I took pictures of the pizza and the sorry oreo milkshake. While sitting in my car,I contemplated going back to the Loop and get my money back but I had parked far and I was tired and dissapointed about another messed up order,I was just glad I didn’t wasted more of my money there. Incomplete,inadequate food,terrible customer service. I don’t recommend this specific one,go to any other one but this one,save yourselves a bad experience. Management,please do something about it asap.

The Loop is one of my favorite places for burgers and oreo shakes. They are among the best. The bacon cheddar burgers are awesome, I like that you can put the condiments in it as you like it, and they always cook the meat to the right temperature. Lots of people like the pizzas but I think you can find better and less expensive pizzas almost everywhere; the amount of the topping is too little and to be honest, not the best flavor. Customer service is the best, and I like how they give you the extra in the blender cup of the oreo shakes. I will go back to try more things

Had a bad experience about a month ago (completely screwed up our takeout order, then didn’t seem concerned when I called to complain) and chalked it up as a hiccup, but tonight pushed us over the edge. Placed a to-go order on their app and waited almost an hour to get our food. What’s worse is our order sat on the counter for 15 minutes while they took order after order after order…at one point we counted over 20 open tickets and five takeout orders sitting while no one called orders out to the mob waiting for food. Finally had to ask (repeatedly) for them to give me my order; no apology, no concern shown, and the food was cold. Do better, Loop.
