My first visit and heard it was under new ownership. They opened up for Liverpool’s 7:30am Premier League, match which bodes well for supporting the fans who want to watch the games together.
I enjoyed my time there and the beer was cold! Cheers! YNWA

A1 bar. No cocktail menu but I asked for a recommended drink and got one of the best margaritas in my freaking life. And the FOOD! Oh my god. I had the best chicken fingers and my wife had the best wings EVER! I’ve traveled from Pennsylvania, to Virginia, to North Carolina. I’d stop by here again in a heart beat.

Omar made me one of his new specials, the Sour Diesel, and it was amazing. It was a lovely riff on a pineapple upside down and I loved it. I also had the empanadas (which I didn’t get to take a pic of unfortunately) and those were also SO GOOD. they come with a cilantro salsa verde type of salsa that was great. The fried okra was delicious also. Definitely come check this place out if you haven’t already❤️

Great food and variety of beers on tap. Had TV’s tuned to various sports channels and karaoke with a live DJ that night. Patio area outside. Fish and chips ($13) was great, pieces were large and not overly battered and their chips are a unique cross between a potato wedge and a crisp, 20oz draft Boddington ($6) was fresh with a perfect head, chili bowl ($6) was very filling though it does contain green peppers if you’re not a fan. Would stop by again especially as they serve food until closing.

Omari was cool as hell… we got to try his signature drink the “sour diesel” and it was so good. We only had a weekend to spend in Raleigh and we really enjoyed ourselves here with good drinks and fun dart games too. Definitely would recommend!

It’s a pub. You have to get the attention of the waitress to place an order or stand in line for the bartender to place a drink order. I visited on a Sunday when Manchester United against Arsenal futbal match was playing (the reason I went there), and it was decent but I was expecting more support for some Premier League fixtures, granite it wasn’t a final match but still. Food was good and beer is always on point in an English pub. It’s good for wheelchair accessibility and there is two large areas with a bar in each, and a back patio. I will most likely make another visit during the night to see how the locals lively up this place since a Premier League match didn’t do it this Sunday afternoon.

I’m giving this place one star due to the bar tender. I’ve had several experiences, however the young lady with the long ponytail, brown shirt, Caucasian was polite but made a terrible drink. I ordered a tequila sunrise and got fruit punch. I drink tequila frequently and know what it supposed to look and taste like. After taking a taste, I told her it taste like juice. My drinks were clearly red not sunrise. I asked for more tequila, she refused. She said I would have to pay. My fiancé had another bar tender make drinks that we had to pay for again and not get refunded for the drinks we did not drink. On top of that the same bar tender was more worried about coming outside smoking weed than making drinks correctly. Don’t think we will return.
