Went too The Log Cabin Restaurant tonight. I was excited cause the reviews were amazing. And parts of it was but overall, was pretty let down. The good were the service, lobster tails, butter squash, and crab cakes. The mushroom caps were okay as were the fried scallops. The shrimp, fried shrimp, fish, and salad were not my cup of tea. For the price and reviews, I expected more. But maybe that’s just me. ♀️

Hands down the best food in the area! The customer service is 5 star! My son treated me to a special mother’s day here but accidentally reserved at the Log Cabin in PA! They were so kind to squeeze us in so I could enjoy my special day at my all time favorite restaurant! The service was outstanding and the surf and turf melted in my mouth!!! I’ve been a fan for over 30yrs! If you haven’t been here… you must add it to your must do list! The next time will be a special sister’s day… she loves them as much as I do! Thank you for the experience! ❤️

Incredible food. Absolutely amazing friendly staff. This restaurant is the best kept secret in the area. If the oysters are available an appetizer, grab them. You won’t be disappointed. But you won’t be disappointed with any of the items you choose from the menu. The food is delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. And the staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet. Tami the manager/owner is incredible. I strongly suggest making a reservation.

Home sweet Home, love this restaurant. Best place ever to get yourself a steak and seafood dish. The salad is amazing and fresh. The cocktails are off the charts..wow. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with warm and open arms. The staff is amazing, friendly, caring, and awesome. The best customer service with that home town feeling you will find anywhere. Thank you, love it had a great time and loved the food. I definitely will be back again. I strongly recommend this place if your looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a fantastic meal!

A large group of my family was being evacuated from the Outer Banks, due to Dorian. We were in need of a need of a good meal and we found it here. Such a comfortable place to be, there was even a soft sofa to sit on. The food was amazing also, I ordered the lobster, crab and scallops. There’s no shells!! The price is high but we got our money’s worth.

Wonderful anniversary dinner with my wife. Clams casino to start and the surf and turf for dinner. 1st time ever having Clams casino, and they were terrific. Our server was tremendous. She was smiles and friendly beyond belief. Always nice to get that whenever you go out, but she was genuine. Aubrey made the experience even better. The dinner was incredible. The filet was done to perfection with bacon wrapped around it, the 2 lobster tails were tender and tasty. I got crab added to my lobster, and my wife got crab on her steak. Dessert was chocolate Creme Brule, which I never had before, and it was just fantastic. They did give us complimentary champagne for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Food was great. Atmosphere was very nice. Last two visits have felt a bit rushed. Nonetheless, enjoyable dinner each visit. Don’t leave without having the chocolate creme brulee.

Amazing! All the food was on point! Mushroom Caps, Clam Chowder, Roasted Asparagus, Rainbow Trout, Cabin Platter, Pan Fried Crab cakes and dessert! Not one complaint from our party of 5! Good, friendly service! Can’t wait to go back!
