A terrible experience! The guy at the drive-thru counter got my order incorrect – even after I made him repeat it TWICE! – and the Hershey icecream pie (which was the order he got wrong!), was not even COLD !!! It had melted and become a blobby mess! I wasn’t even 8mins drive away from the their location!!! I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Burger King absolutely deserves five stars! Everything about this location is great—from the friendly, welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable environment. The service is fast and efficient, and you can tell they really care about making sure customers have a good experience.
The food is AMAZING. Everything is fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The burgers are perfectly made, the fries are crispy and delicious, and the drinks are always spot on. No matter what you order, it’s consistently good every single time.

Went through the drive-through Man does not speak. English couldn’t understand a word he was saying tried to get him to understand plain burger means meat cheese ordered three combos, which was supposed to be meat, cheese and bacon and one meat and mayonnaise and three fries and three drinks had to come back through it now it says it’s open till 1130. He turned the lights out when he seen me come back around because for one did not give us a receipt requested a receipt three times so I don’t know if I have to go to the bank with my card because we don’t know what he charged us. The food was called. Everything was called. He had me pulled forward when the second time he brought out the same exact food minus one fry. There was only two fries in that one and it must be because there was a car behind us that had ordered so they must’ve got the air fry. They scraped the mustard mayonnaise off the burgers and put them back together so they have them all compromise cross contamination this place needs to be shut down desperately. No one speaks English. It’s I am surprised that border patrol ice has not read this establishment because no one speaks English. If you would like to reply to my comment feel free, but you better write it in English because I only understand English because this is the United States of America English is the first language. If you can’t speak English, you should not work in a restaurant in the United States and we will be contacting corporate to lodge a formal complaint tomorrow so I just sincerely hope he didn’t add more to the receipt because the bank will come after the store for fraud because we couldn’t get a receipt requested a receipt 3×3 times requested receipt never offered to receipt the first time ask for a receipt as per a receipt again in the second time as per a receipt the third time

The entire staff needs to be replaced except the really nice kid that works at the front counter. The sign says they close at 10, but the kick you out at 9:30. Went back on Sunday night around 8:30 and the door are locked. The manager was in there.

First time coming to this location and I will not be back. I ordered a bacon chees whopper no onion got a whopper no pickles. We also ordered the bikini bottom bundle and did not get the cheesy bacon tots. The meals that came with a collectable all 3 got the exact same toy!!! Reviews are accurate. They don’t know what they are doing. They mess up orders, charge you other stuff. And then still makes you get down to correct and inconvenience you. There’s a reason we do drive thru and it’s not to further waste my time this way.

They deserve to be shut down. The “mozzarella” sticks may or may have not been expired because the cheese was a dehydrated piece of string and they were hard as rocks. The burger itself had moldy black lettuce. The bread was hard like cardboard and clearly stale. We called the store the “manager” by the name of Gabriel was either high or drunk because he could barely form a sentence. Terribly experienced I’m glad this was the first and last time I would ever order from this place.

This is my second review in two weeks. The first review was five stars and is listed below. I’m afraid this one was more distressing and it is only 2 stars. The order took 11 minutes to come out and we were the only customers in the lobby with about six employees behind the counter.Besides taking too long, the burgers were a little bit dry. The fries and the onion rings were quite good. The manager seemed to be distracting the employees from getting the order out by giving constant directions to do things not related to servicing our order. It’s a shame most of the new Burger Kings in the area have trouble on startup and getting the job done and that is satisfying the customer. (10:39 AM, January 4, 2020)
It was a normal Burger King experience. One of my favorite places to go for hamburgers. I was surprised that the service and the food was very good considering that they have just recently opened. As a matter of fact their hours of operation have been reduced from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. so that they can properly staff to provide the full service during their normal hours. We visited there on December the 24th just after lunchtime and the service was perfect. The place was fairly crowded and there were no issues whatsoever. That’s really saying something since they’ve just recently opened.
A special shout out to Shay who provided outstanding service with a terrific smile and cheerful attitude.

I am here to pick up and Uber Eats order and the my are refusing to make the food cause they “want to go home.” Then they refuse to cancel the order because it will reflect bad on them. So they tell me to cancel and the. I wil be docked pay. Very in professional as well as lying and negative ruse and condescending.

In my opinion burger king is one of the best burgers around but man work on y’all’s dam hospitalality if y’all want to retain customers and sales.
