This was my first time here, and was told to try their sausage and cheese muffin. I will say it tasted awesome, however it small size. So, at just over $3 w/tax it’s a little pricey.
The variety of signature, frozen, and hot/cold drinks to choose from wasn’t overwhelming, which made it easy to see what drinks were available too choose from.
Do yourself a favor….. Get you some local sip!
Visited this place with four other people and came over an hour away to do so, since there are no coffee shops in the town we currently live in…however, for the quality of coffee and beverage we received, we could’ve definitely driven a little further and gotten something much better.
I got a frappe and I noticed it was very watered down and didn’t have a lot of flavor…I thought that it was just me, but upon asking the four of the people that came with me how their drinks tasted, they all mentioned how theirs didn’t have much flavor and/or tasted watered down. Considering that all of us have different taste—some of us like our drinks to have a sweeter taste, while some of us like less of a sweeter one—it was not good that all of us felt the same: that the drinks lacked flavor and were very watery.
I love supporting local coffee shops, but out of all the ones I’ve been to either here in my home state of Mississippi, in Nashville, Illinois, etc…this one definitely needs some work when it comes to their drinks having more flavor and not tasting watered down. I’ve noticed since covid, some restaurants have started to purposely water down their drinks to save money, and I don’t know If this was the case or If we just came on a bad day…but I most likely will no be back.
Because the young ladies were both super nice when we visited, it has taken me a while to write this review—however, I felt I had to do it, considering that I don’t want someone else to drive 20-30 minutes or more to try this place, without at least knowing that there’s a possibility it won’t meet what they might expect, based on reading previous reviews. The atmosphere was good, and I don’t know…maybe with some practice, the taste of the drinks could get much better, but it just didn’t do it for us.
