All round great dining experience! We ordered the Chicken Shots and Quinoa Slaad for starters – both very generous portions and absolutely delicious! For mains, we had the Pub Pot Roast and the Vegetarian House Curry. The pot roast was good, but not great – very tender, but lacked complex flavor in the sauce, so couldn’t really taste much other than the meat itself. The curry, on the other hand, was absolutely divine!! Filling and amazingly flavorful. Service was great and really attentive. Great rewards program also. Would certainly dine here again in a heartbeat! One of the better dining options in Minneapolis!

The event coordinator Kara was wonderfully organized and efficient. She made sure everything went off without one problem. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing! We received many compliments on the event we hosted at The Local – Minneapolis. Very happy with the service we received and we came in under budget!

Positives: Affordable, delicious – i liked my steak & vegetable pie. My friend liked her baked Mac & Cheese, and the baked pretzel was tasty. The kids’ tray was nicely prepared. The prices in general were affordable. The outside seating area was very nice.

My husband surprised me with a reservation on our Honeymoon. And it was hands down some of the best food we’ve had! It was a beautiful building with amazing staff. 1000/10 would recommend. I had the curry and it made the whole place feel like home. ❤️
