It has been a considerable period since my last visit to McDonald’s, and I was pleased to find the food served hot and fresh. However, the most notable aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the young man working the drive-thru. His name is Jordan, and his last name begins with the letter D; I trust this information is sufficient for identification.
Jordan exhibited remarkable politeness and friendliness, maintaining a consistently pleasant demeanor and an engaging smile throughout our interaction. It is unfortunate to acknowledge that such positive and engaging interactions with individuals of his generation are not as common as one might hope, regardless of the establishment, be it McDonald’s, Sonic, Arby’s, Taco Bell, or any other. This experience was genuinely refreshing and brought smiles to both my husband and myself.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Jordan for his outstanding service. He is truly a bright star.

Atmosphere is awesome!.. problem is is this is an interstate McDonald’s… Why does it take so long? Every single dang time someone goes through this McDonald’s… People are traveling.. they’re in a hurry.. you should have some sense of urgency also..
None of the employees act like they want to be here at this location and again it is always slow.. the reputation is that it is slow.. for years.. definitely need some new management.. definitely needs employees who take their job seriously.. or pay them more so they’re happier or something..

So I pulled up to the drive-through at 10:58 somebody got on the speaker and asked me what I wanted & if I was going to be using the mobile app, I told him no and I started giving him my order and then it it just went quiet like nobody was there so then I honked my horn because they had the back door open, and somebody hollered! So I went walking up to the back door and then they proceeded to tell me that they’re closed, granite by this time it was after 11 o’clock, (by three minutes) which is the time that he told me that they close , I told him, but the guy was just taking my order, then it just went quiet!! so I’m giving them poor service because they refused to finish taking my order!! that is just wrong so if you need to grab something to eat, just go to the love store & don’t go to that McDonald’s worst experience of my life.

We waited almost 30 minutes for food for one adult and one child. When it was was our turn at the drive-thru, the person asked us to pull forward and wait (never a good sign). Every car behind us in line got their food while we continued waiting.
Finally, an employee came out to where we were waiting… holding only a drink, which we’d already received at the drive-thru window. When I reminded him that we were actually waiting on our food, it was several more minutes before we finally received it. Fries were cold, and the medium fry container was less than half full. The nuggets were really cold also.
The convenient location is the only good thing about this place, but we won’t be back regardless. I’d rather eat snacks from the gas station next door than deal with this place again.

It takes thirty minutes to go through the drive thru…. Every time. Completely eliminates the point of a fast food place at a travel stop. I’ve been sitting in line long enough to finally get fed up, decide to leave a review, and then write the review. I completely forgot how long it took last time I came through here or I never would’ve stopped here.

Food was burnt. Fries are sad and soggy. And it took a hour for our meal to be done. At first we went to the drive through but it was silent and we yelled if anyone was there yet nothing happened. I hope I can get my money and time back. This wasted so much time on my trip. Trash was spilled every where. Staff moved so slow!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at.
We waited 50 minutes for a small $20 order.
The amount of customers waiting in the lobby as everyone in the drive thru was serviced was unreal!
I would highly recommend no one to EVER stop here!
They are under staffed & rude!
And half the orders they finally did fulfill were wrong.

Stopped at the McDonald’s on the Kansas Turnpike and was really disappointed. Our fries were undercooked and soggy, and the service took way too long — it shouldn’t take that long just to make a couple of McChickens. When we finally got our drinks, the Sprite had no carbonation and was only filled halfway. For a busy travel stop, you’d expect faster service and better quality control. Definitely not the experience you hope for on the road.

I only ordered a couple stuff from this location but I it was really good. It was fresh and you can tell it is different from all the other McDonalds I go to on a regular basis. Thank you to the staff and the manager for giving me a good morning and a good experience.

I am in line. It has been over 26 minutes. The people in front of us drove off. The workers then started trying to deal with our order. They left the window open while they argued and cussed at one another. They didn’t get our order right and it was absolutely awful experience.
