Calm and relaxing spot before our flight! The service was excellent — even the manager stopped by our table to check in, and our waitress was so kind and attentive. We had a burger, which was delicious and came with plenty of fries, plus a Mai Tai and Mojito that were both great. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks while waiting for our flight to Los Angeles.

Awful experience. If I had any other choice, I would not choose this place. We were a group of more than 6 people, including a child, but no one explained in advance about the automatic 18% service charge. At the end of lunch, they suddenly mentioned it, and I was forced to pay the “company policy” charge.
The reason was never explained properly. We ordered from a QR code menu with no photos, which made the system confusing and frustrating.
The most unprofessional part was the manager’s comment: “Welcome to Hawaii.”

We had an hour and twenty minutes before our flight took off, and decided to try this place. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was better than most airport fare.
The tables were fairly accessible, with many seats overlooking the courtyard/gardens (through the windows). It would have been nicer if there were open air seating options.
True rating would be 3.5 if Google offered a more nuanced scale.

Janelle was awesome! My husband and I shared the loco moco and really enjoyed it, even though it came with scrambled eggs due to them being out of fresh in-the-shell eggs. The service was top notch. Janelle was attentive, got us waters and brought share plates for us without us needing to ask. We appreciated her hospitality. I’d recommend this for an airport eat. Nice ambiance with the fish tanks and the view of the culture garden, too.

Cons: literally everything else. We were told they have Mac and cheese and they literally served them half a bowl of Kraft Mac and cheese for $14. We ordered mahi tacos, came with two, each taco had a fish stick of mahi in it, for $25….quality was just beyond the pale for a restaurant. My own kids can make better meals and I wouldn’t trust them in the kitchen without an adult.

I wish I would have went to Burger King.. this is cafeteria style type food service. The sign said please wait I be seated. Whenever what I thought was a waitress waved us in from the back of the room I knew we were in trouble. The app at the table didn’t work. The waitress had to be IT department she finally gave up and took our order… oh yeah there clear sign that said each person at the table has to use the same phone. Same thing with paying the bill the waitress said I could use the app. After several attempts she took my card. I ordered a beer it said 20oz on menu. When she brought it out. I told my wife this is not 20oz. Anyway I got ahead of myself. I’m sure the food was okay at some point. By the time it made it to us it was cold. I should have ask for a manager.. I think I’m in disbelief that there was even one there. They should take Local off the sign out front and put dumb.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review for an airport restaurant… I mean you’re sort of stuck with what’s there. But I just had the BEST omelette of my life so I figured I’d help my fellow travelers out. Get the veggie omelette with rice, mix it up with soy sauce. Yum. The veggies were cooked perfectly with just a little crunch. I’m nice and full for my 10 hour flight

This place is TERRIBLE!! I didn’t read the reviews till after we sat down .. as soon as we sat down the server told us to use the online app to order.. entire meal and drinks are online order only… I absolutely HATE this concept. Not only is the app glitchy but at the end of the meal they automatically tried to put 20% gratuity which is just predatory in my opinion. If you’re not tech savvy this will automatically charge you. On top of this our server was clearly in a terrible mood
Aside from bringing our drinks, which she literally tossed the straws at the kids I asked for a side of bloody Mary mix and she rolled her eyes at me. It took another 10 minutes for her to bring the bloody Mary side. I ordered thai chicken wraps.. I kid you not it was two slices of cucumber a sprinkle of cilantro and BONELESS WINGS!! For $20+ beers are between 12- 14 for bottles/cans. This place is by far the GREEDIEST I’ve ever experienced. The managers got called to another table and the server “got in trouble” Im 100% certain neither of the managers have ever looked at the reviews of this place.
I will be watching this restaurant on google for its inevitable demise.
Shame on the owners of this place.. bad karma

Our server Wanda made our night! She took such great care of us and made our time travelling. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend and can’t express enough how fantastic the staff are! Food was fast and tasty as well.

It was packed, and it was hard to find a cleared table, but maybe just because we came at a peak time, it was less busy by the time we were done. Nice to come in here away from the busy food court and the rest of the airport. Small menu, but he food was really good and came out quick. Also a decent drink seldction, especially locals beers.
