The local has by far the best wings in all of Atlanta. Dare I say some of the best wings I’ve EVER HAD. The atmosphere is a dive bar, nothing special. The hype is really in the food and they run out of wings all of the time because they are just THAT GOOD. I eat here on a regular and am never ever disappointed. It’s so good that I had to come and give them a review. I dont know what that cook is doing in the back, but keep it up. Yall have a loyal costumer over here!

I made a special trip to The Local from out of town (Memphis) based on The Studio Review ranking these as the best wings in the US, and I was absolutely not disappointed!
Despite normally avoiding bone-in chicken, I decided to give wings a real shot here, and they completely converted me. I ordered the Lemon Pepper wings with ranch and tater tots, and everything was fantastic. The wings were perfectly crispy, incredibly juicy, and beautifully seasoned, easily living up to the hype.
It was a loud, lively dive bar atmosphere, which normally isn’t my scene but it was absolutely worth it! The staff were all extremely nice and welcoming, which made the visit even better.

Believe the hype yall! The local wings set my soul on fire and I will be back. My suggestion get there early like when they open because you risk the chance of not having any wings because at a point they will run out and nothing is more heartbreaking than getting your mouth ready for a meal they sold out of! Also the parking lot is not the largest to plan accordingly.

Don’t listen to any negative reviews. The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. The entire staff is super friendly especially the guy who took my order and customer service was great. Definitely was hard to get seating but was worth the wait

Avoid the website. It’s nothing like what they say. They don’t have any wings on Mondays and the food is done by a pop-up QR code. It doesn’t start till 9:00. You get there at 8:00. Karaoke isn’t until 9:00 and then when you sign up for karaoke 2 minutes after they announce it, there’s 33 people in front of you apparently yet the bar had only about 30 people. There doesn’t make sense. .
This gives new meaning to the dive farm. Usually it’s dive. Bars are kind of fun eclectic this is just low vibe. Hang out.

Stopped by The Local on a Monday night and had a great time! Pretty cool spot to grab drinks and some simple snacks. They didn’t have wings that night, but the karaoke made up for it, lots of oldies from the 2000s and more, which was a fun vibe. The crowd was super chill, nice people all around, and the customer service was on point. Bonus points for being open late, which I love! Definitely a solid place to hang out.

We really enjoyed the wings. The texture is great! We got lemon pepper, Korean lemon pepper and bbq flavored wings. No complaints. The fries are good, I’m sooo glad that they’re not crinkle cut. A lil advise, get some higher quality blue cheese and ranch. I definitely recommend!

Came in town for one day, the homies told me this is where I needed to eat dinner before my flight home. Came in ordered… had a great evening! Staff all have a great personality. Just makes it feel like you can clown around. Wings might really be the best in the country. Sheesh.

The service was good, the staff were down to earth and quick. The place was pretty clean, and had a chill vibe. The chicken wings however were pretty basic- they were quite over cooked, and lacked major salt and the dry rubs (we tried lemon pepper, sun-dried tomato and jerk) were not overly flavorful so it just ended up tasting like spice less, overcooked, saltless chicken wing. Not sure it’s worth the hype. JR Crickets down the road- wet lemon pepper wings are where it’s at.

This is gonna be a hot take, but their wings are mid. I have tried them 3 times now — the first time I went I was very underwhelmed and I gave it two more attempts just in case I had a bad batch. Their flats are pretty good, but their drums are just super dry and thin. Sauces are very good, but they’re stingy on the amount. Their flats get a 4/5, their drums get 2/5, sauces 5/5, but the overall experience of having to go through the hassle of showing up early, waiting in a long line, with the potential to have them run out of wings, doesn’t really justify this place to me at all. Can get an overall better experience and value at Wingstop .
