Went on Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend around 5:30-6p and it was moderately busy. Since it was nice outside and we had our dog, we sat outside.
Ordered their bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and it was so tasty.
My partner and I both ordered the twin lobster tails, and they were delicious. Hit the spot!
Dog friendly, friendly staff, nice place. Would return if I’m in the area again.
Labor Day Weekend 2024 Edit:
We liked this place so much we came back, and I can only edit my old review, not post another. Came on Monday the actual day of Memorial Day for dinner with our dog and sat outside again. It was chilly but it was okay with a sweater. It was very slow there were hardly any customers at all.
We were greeted by our server right away, and she got us our drinks and appetizers. However she disappeared for a long time after ordering apps, receiving the apps, and we finished our apps and we were wondering where she was. She finally came back and asked if we wanted to order more food, which I was taken back because we only order one appetizer for three people and it was the crab stuffed mushrooms which are $18 and come with 4 SMALL stuffed mushrooms. They were okay they were good but just okay.
We ordered dinner finally and it came out in a reasonable time and the food was tasty like last time. We ordered the twin broiled lobster tails with green beans and mashed potatoes, lobster ravioli with 2 lobster claws on top in a lobster cream sauce with a side garden salad with thousand island dressing, and the prime rib with a side garden salad with thousand island dressing and French fries.
Twin lobster tails: just as good as the first time, but the green beans were on the steamed side and weren’t soft.
Prime rib: cooked to medium rare with a good au jus sauce. French fries are double fried which makes them so good. Salad- average.
Lobster ravioli: the sauce was more of a vodka sauce and not a lobster cream sauce. The ravioli tasted like the frozen lobster ravioli I could get in the store. The lobster claws it was topped with, very tasty.
Our service was pretty slow, drinks were good, and food was good. Probably would still come back here if I was back in the area.
Overall I changed this review from a 4 to a 3 based on our Labor Day Weekend experience.
