UPDATE: they got a high chair
Very cute little diner. Yummy diner food. The onion rings were sooo good. And of course the ice cream was delicious. The only thing I was missing was a high chair for my 11 month old. Will definitely go back. We did wait a bit too but they were a little short staffed at the moment. It was worth the wait. Spent about $80 for family of 5, including tip and desert. Nice outdoor sitting area too.

Awesome place. A must visit if you are driving through town. They have 44 soft serve flavors (look at pictures) and it’s only $2.50 a cone. The only thing is water is a $0.25 for a small cup which is kinda odd but it’s a small business and they need funds to stay open 🙂

Great little diner in Parkers with great ice cream options. Since Missy & Jeremy bought The Dipper, the food has improved so much! I stopped in today before heading out fishing and was very pleased with my burger and fries. Could use maybe a little more fries in the basket, but overall, it was very good.

The food was good, but the service was completely unprofessional. The girl that was in charge, I believe her name is Maya and possibly owners daughter, was constantly yelling and berating another employee that seemed to be new; loud enough so that all the customers in the store could hear. Completely unacceptable.
