We are a family owned business based in Bloomingburg, Ohio (Fayette County) operating a food truck delivering delicious sandwich meals. Our sandwiches are special because they all begin with toasted hoagie buns, bacon and cream cheese. These ingredients, paired with various grilled meats, vegetables and sauces, create a unique and satisfying food experience. All sandwiches come with a side option of steak fries with our own Spirit Sauce or potato salad, along with a pickle. We also offer canned soft drinks and bottled water.

Fantastic sandwiches and fries. The spirit sauce is a new favorite as well. So good I set my calendar so I don’t miss them when they’re in the area. Super friendly, quick, and most importantly, delicious. The perfect amount of meat to condiment ratio as well. Be prepared to enjoy yourself. Skip whatever else you had planned for lunch if you see this truck. Go get in line or order ahead online.

Great food and friendly service. They set up in our parking lot and our employer paid for our food. Their unique sandwiches reminded me of something like Fire House Subs. The fries reminded me of Red Robin and were great for dipping in their sauce. I tried the spirit bear sandwich. I would definitely eat here again.

Great sandwich and AMAZING potato salad. I’m from Texas so I’m sad I won’t be able to visit again. Very friendly staff. My order was slightly messed up but the food was so yummy I couldn’t even be upset! Highly recommend for a good sandwich!
