Went early on a Friday for fish dinners and to “beat the crowd”. Ella was our server and she did a fantastic job! Our dinners were hot and delicious! We’ll be back…thank you!

Been waiting for them to open back up since the closure from the virus. Stopped tonight for dinner. Had the Delmonico 12oz cut and my Daughter had boneless wings and grandson had the kids Munchies platter. We have eaten here many times and have been pleased. The staff is friendly and the food prices are great. My steak was cooked perfectly and the green beans were cooked well only mashed were instant. My daughters boneless wings were moist and tasty. Portions are large. Come for an economical priced meal and enjoy!

MIL said “good food, cheap prices”. So, start with the good. Their prices are great. The service was excellent (Ali). I had two eggs, hash browns, 2 sausage patties, toast and chocolate milk. The eggs were sunny side up and served just there way I like them. The toast was a thicker cut. It was good but too much due to the thickness. The hash browns were ok. Not so good: sausage patties way overcooked. Very dark and crispy on the outside and dry in the middle. There chocolate milk was pretty much a joke. This is a place where they put chocolate syrup into white milk. And like every place I’ve been to that does this, they never put in enough syrup. The delivered product was barely one shade darker than the white milk. Most people, if they were too taste it, wouldn’t know they were supposed to be drinking chocolate milk. So, as we know, you get what you pay for. At least, for the breakfast I had.

Well, this was definitely a different experience…
First of all, it was a bit baffling to even find the place. I was damn near convinced it didn’t exist until I just decided to walk into the VFW and there it was.
But upon finally discovering its location, I was sort of stunned to find the place deserted. I mean, I almost strolled right into the kitchen looking for anyone. And I nearly decided to answer the ringing phone while I was at it.
The food was good but perhaps a bit pricey for the area.

Got takeout ONCE! Never again. I got spaghetti and meatballs with garlic toast, and had to ask for the garlic toast because they forgot it – waited 20 extra minutes for it and it was a slice of white bread, burnt, and sprinkled with garlic powder. The spaghetti was overcooked, meatballs were so overcooked and dry, you could break a window with them. My husband had meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans; they forgot the green beans (Didn’t notice til we were home). The meatloaf was a bigger version of my meatballs: dry, hard, and not edible. So we just paid for garbage, literally, food that we brought home and threw out!

The fry chef must have been off his game last night – or the oil was not hot enough. My french fries were mostly undercooked and at a neighboring table the patron complained her fried fish was raw inside. She couldn’t eat it.
Furthermore, I’m not a fan of too much spice but my Del could have used a dash of Texas Roadhouse seasoning. Hope they fix.
