Step back in time to the kind of restaurants where farmers and ranchers would meet to find out what everyone in the industry would speculate about the market and bemoan the state of affairs while driving a new pickup; where servers would take and give and joke, where entire generations would meet over a meal, where portions were big and menu prices were reasonable. I love coming to this place. While Indian Creek Plaza has evolved with fun shopping, events and food and drink, this place has held onto being a stop along the train tracks, with weekly cattle auctions. They use real butter and honey packets, thick slices of bacon, gut bomb homemade biscuits, 1/2 pound hamburgers, over the edges of the plate pancakes and breakfast eggs ordered over easy are still runny. The regulars tolerate visitors because they know they’ll be converted fans when they leave.

Absolutely delicious and can’t wait to go back!
Some of the best house coffee I’ve had in awhile, with some good home cooking. We had biscuits and gravy and a breakfast burrito with ham. Portions were great for the price and could be shared (but who’d want that when it’s that this good) the biscuits were fluffy, gravy tasty, burrito was full of flavor and came with a side of salsa and sour cream.

This place is awesome…the food was super amazing. I’m here for work and reminds me so much of home in Arizona. Just simply amazing. The ham steaks were so good.

This restaurant is what Idaho is all about!! Old fashioned service, genuine smiles and delicious food!! The bacon was amazing and the waffles were to die for. Felt like I stepped back in time to a place where restaurants know how to serve! I loved it!! I will return!

Good food. Strawberry French toast is very good, biscuits and gravy combo is good. Service is very friendly. Being surrounded by a cattle auction facility and the farm decor is neat.
Now they have waffles on the menu. When they can add pie style toppings will be awesome! Chocolate chips work though.

Plenty of parking for big trucks or trailers.
Lindsey and Arielle were a breath of fresh air. I love coming here… I always feel like I stopped by a relatives place.
Good prices and classic cafe food
Definitely a lot of old timers, farmers and ranchers here with a classic country cafe feel (cuz it’s the real deal).
Love the potentially offensive signs!!!

Love it! Small-town America at its best. This place is the real deal where cafes are concerned. Lots of yummy food, good prices, friendly happy waitress. Their pancake was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Huge but so fluffy I couldn’t believe it. It was my hubby’s but I kept taking bites it was that good.

We got the breakfast burritos (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, cheese and choice of sausage, ham or bacon). They came with a cup of salsa & sour cream. Burritos were a good size, but just needed some salt or Tabasco. I wouldn’t buy them again tho because I paid $50+ for 3 burritos

Great dinner atmosphere and also some really good food. For the price you do get a lot of food. they dont make fancy food, its down to earth good food. They actually have a rather big menu, i was pleasantly surprised. we will for sure be back for lunch since we realized you can call in orders and pick them up. Staff was super friendly and welcoming as well.
