For our holiday luncheon we ordered a tray of their hand breaded chicken fingers. This was our second year getting their chicken fingers and they were absolutely delicious. I absolutely recommend adding them to your menu for your holiday get togethers or the next time you are dining there.

One of the best breakfasts in New Castle County. Excellent egg sandwich (tomato added on request), made with good quality American cheese and eggs neither runny nor hard. Pork roll comes in 2 slices, cooked on a grill rather than flattop, so there are some grill marks. Excellent home fries: nicely seasoned and browned, flavorful without being too greasy. Very good service–points for asking if I wanted more coffee. Very clean. Bar area has been nicely renovated, but the light blue tiles and stools emphasize how dated the brown wood decor is in the rest of the restaurant. TV over the bar is on low volume…ask to be seated elsewhere if you don’t want the noise.

My sister and I stopped in for the first time on our way to Bethany Beach, Delaware, and had a wonderful experience! Masut, our host, was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Our waitress Renee was so sweet and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

7/11/24 Very laid back restaurant to have a very good meal. I wanted to try the fish basket tonite. The fish was excellent and the chips were perfect. My wife had the ravioli, that was also very good. This is a pretty nice restaurant. The bakery looked pretty good also, but the dinners were enough food. Maybe next time we can try some dessert.

Ordered broiled scallops. First off, the couple scallops looked lost on a big, giant plate. In addition, they were so terribly overcooked, I returned them. The $30 entree came with a cup of soup and 2 sides. While the others in my party ate their dinners, I sat, waiting for my replacement food. While waiting, I joined my guests in eating a few bites of the sides that I had started pecking at before trying to eat the rubberized scallops. Server was great about it, but the nearly $90 bill included $10.57 added for the sides I picked at while I waited for the replacement meal, watching the rest of my party eat. I complained about the bill, but they refused to remove the $10.57 they charged me for the sides that came with the rubber balls (scallops). I hope they enjoy the $10.57 that that waitress paid out of her tip, because that restaurant will never get another penny from me!

Had breakfast here and it was good. We got a slice of multiple cake slices here to take home and they were surprisingly dry. I would definitely go back for the breakfast but not for the cake slices.

This place is the bomb if you live in Delaware and your looking for a Diner this is the place. Audra was awesome also original from Jersey herself so it was great. Great atmosphere felt like home in Jersey. Delicious food. Definitely will be back. Great drinks.
