This is the second time I have eaten here in the past several years. I don’t know why prices have to be so high but yet maybe I do. Had a cinnamon roll that was $4.50 at Best… It was worth two dollars. I might would be willing to pay an extra dollar or so if the cinnamon roll is fresh it tasted like a wet sock with not the best cream cheese. I actually didn’t get it for myself. I got it for my kid who I forced to eat it until he decided to eat my chicken egg and cheese biscuit which the kid hates eggs, but he said he would muscle it down versus this cinnamon roll. We decided to switch and yes, I can confirm two dollar cinnamon roll at Best. Although the chicken egg and cheese biscuit was good. I did notice this each time I went to the drive-through. I have been asked if I would like to leave a tip….. I’m like ma’am with all due respect I purposely came to the drive-through so I would not feel hassle to leave a tip, but yet here we are… they asked me if I would like anything to drink. I told them two ice waters off tap not in a bottle to go. I was charged for both of those. Just a random guy, leaving an honest review. If anybody would like to leave me a tip or leaving an honest review and being honest in today’s time, please feel free to reach out to me as we can make connections in order to make that happen. God bless.

We try and support the local places. However, tried here after a long gap of not going. The mashed potatoes are instant( they said that), the cornbread muffin was hard and tasteless. Instead of paying for a meat and 2 sides for a certain price, you pay each item individually which is not cheap. This was at lunch time. The staff are not very friendly just okay. Kind of disappointing because some people say they like it and there food. It’s just okay. We tried but left with doubts about returning because I recall a time when it was much better.

I don’t know how I waited so long to eat here been living 5 minutes away and after 13 years decided to see this place.
As a first time eating here the staff was amazing always making sure that everything was good with our food.
Food was amazing.
Really helpful when explaining how to order food to newcomers.
Would recommend to anyone who is passing through for breakfast or lunch.

One of my favorite breakfast places. All the normal food but presented well. Customer service is great with people circulating checking for any needs. Great biscuit!

Papa Jack’s in Braselton never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious—full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care. Every bite tastes like comfort food done right, and you can tell quality matters here. On top of that, the service is wonderful. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

I came here with my family and it was our fist time. The atmosphere was amazing and people were super friendly. The food was out of this world. The bacon was juicy, pancakes were fluffy and amazing. Lastly the service was fast and on top

This is absolutely a down-home, community minded place. There is nothing fancy about it, but it certainly has a reliable vibe – and if that is what you are looking for then this place has a lot of character. I’ve only ever had breakfast here. Each time the food was clearly freshly made and tasty. Service is cafeteria style and fast. The place is clean and regularly serviced by wait staff. I want to give it more stars because it is good value for what it is, but I’m hesitating because it’s not anything fancy. Don’t let my 3 stars prevent you from going if this place sounds like your vibe.

Growing up we called these restaurants.. a meat and 3!! Where you get all the good stuff like grandma used to make!! Figuratively speaking!! However, you want a solid meal with a basic daily main entree ..with almost every side you can think of?? This is the place! Most of the time I order food here for lunch and I get another order to take home for dinner!! Always been a fan of this restaurant! I’ve watched it grow over the years to a local landmark! The owner is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful! The food is delicious and the place is clean and welcoming! There is no telling the amount of patrons this establishment has coming in and out?? They’ve definitely made a local name for themselves! It’s called good food buffet style food.. fast affordable and delicious!

This was our first visit and it won’t be our last!
Located near Friendship Road & Thompson Mill Road, this is hidden gem. When they say family owned, southern cooking, Papa Jacks is the place!
Known for their breakfast, they also offer lunch. When you enter, you order your food ala cafeteria style but they also have a grill. Heard they are known for their brisket & catfish. Service was 10 out of 10 and they make you feel like family as soon as you enter.

We tried out a new restaurant for lunch today! It was pretty good! I had the country fried steak and hubby had the baked chicken. They only have white meat chicken by the way. We even got strawberry shortcake for dessert, but ended up bringing it home. The place was packed and even their drive thru was wrapped around the building 45 mins before they were to close at 2pm. You can’t beat the “small town” atmosphere in this place. They have a donation box for old American flags, multiple flyers posted about local car shows they support & they are running a donation box for school supplies for the community! Just a wonderful place! Definitely delicious “comfort food!”
