good beer varieties and cool atmosphere but the worst burgers and food you can imagine. in town for a few days and we came in on a friday night around 7 pm expecting the place to be packed but it was empty-only one other group of out-of-towners…. seemed really weird. after getting our food it was obvious…..hopefully they can find a cook who can figure out how to cook a burger or make a sandwich because its a really cool place and would hate to see it shut down

Love this place! Went for the first time yesterday just to get out of the town I’m staying in and enjoy a cold Guinness (or 3!) and a Crown Float. The bartender, Brady was just lovely. I cannot wait to go back! Also I absolutely loved Brady’s perfect Crown Float pour!! Just art!!!

Quiet local bar unless it’s the weekend. All around good food, especially the pizzas. Great selection of beers and the Ceasars were spot on. We had the Jalapeno cheese sticks and the ham and cheese sticks, not what you’d think when you heard it but man were they good.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would! Blatant racism. I walked into this place happy and left irate. As a table of two with a simple order, we were overlooked for over an hour after we arrived! All the other people who came in (large parties) after us were served, ate and left before we were even approached.

Burgers are NOT the best around as other reviews state. Very bland and disappointing. Pizza was good. Our group of hunters went for dinner on two different occasions. First time waitress was more interested in bar patrons than us hungry hunters. Second time different waitress was phenomenal and very fast and friendly

The Leader is the best you are going to get in Stanley, ND. It is a nice sports bar with good food. They serve pizza and burgers and some other tasty bites. The service was very good. It was clean. Good selection of beers and mixed drinks. There are TV’s mounted on the walls with different games, dart boards and a black jack table.
