I moved to Volusia County recently from Orange County. So I was afraid of not finding good mofongo. Until I found this food truck. It’s not too close from the town I live in currently, but not too far either. So it’s worth the drive. I loved how attentive they were while taking my order. They have the garlic oil for the mofongo too! That’s how you know it’s authentic Puertorican mofongo. Which a lot of places now in day that serve mofongo, do not.

Food, service, and overall atmosphere was amazing. I got the fried chicken with tostones with some alcapurrias and you can taste the freshness and Puerto Rican flavors. I ate some before I took the picture lol. Great portions for the price.

The Latin Corner is one of those hidden gems you might pass by without realizing what you’re missing out on. I’ve been here a few times now, and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is consistently flavorful and well-prepared.
I recently tried the TriTacos, and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and clearly made with care. Another go-to for me is the Pincho Frito de Cerdo con Tostones. The pork is always on point, juicy and seasoned just right. The tostones, though, can be a bit hit or miss depending on the day, but when they hit—they really hit.
Being a food truck, you do have to be patient. It can take a little time for your order to be ready, especially if there’s a crowd. But honestly, it’s worth the wait. Not every day do people think to eat from a food truck, but this one is definitely worth the detour. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving something flavorful and unique

I ordered 2 pinchos and I got fried chicken on a stick. The chicken is good but it’s not a pincho! Also! It took 30 minutes and no one was there. I don’t know about this place.

One of the best mofongo I’ve had. Just happen to stumble across the food truck and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. It was worth the wait!

$36 for 2 people with drinks. The tostones were clearly reheated and not made fresh for the order. It wasn’t bad but definitely not the best Latin food I have had around here from a food truck.

When you go there, understand that it’s a food truck that has a table outside that you can sit and eat at if you want. You can order ahead, or you can order when you get there and sit at the table and eat if you like. The food, was incredible. The portion of Mofongo that I received was enough for two meals, and I should have eaten it in two meals, but it was so good that I ate it all at once. This stop, for dinner, was a welcome and refreshing break from the normal Western cuisine that I typically eat.

Good food, friendly service. They are highly sought after therfore they are very busy. So, no fast food here, but well worth the wait.
My advice is to order ahead of time and then pick it up. Otherwise, you’ll be like me watching 30 minutes of “Saving Private Ryan” in the parking lot.
No regrets!
