They do stay open late so i like that part as well

This is an old Jack in the Box location.
Food was exactly what I was hoping for. The Carne Asada burrito was simple, Steak, Pico and avocado. But it reminded me of the kind of Burritos I got at King Taco in LA growing up.
Perfect seasoning and texture. They even had picked carrots and homemade salsa.
I don’t often come down to Soulard, but I may have to make excuses to visit more often.
I am a 6’2″ man with healthy appetite and the Burrito was a full meal.
Even the Horchata was a delicious thirst quench.
10/10 stars. Everything you want in a fast authentic Mexican restaurant. I want to come on the Weekend to try the Menudo!

I drive by this place all the time and always see at least two cars in the drive-thru, so this morning when it was absolutely cranking around 9:30, I knew it was finally time to stop and try it. It’s a Mexican-style fast food spot with a drive-thru and impressively fast service and now I understand the hype. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito and grabbed all three salsas: the verde (good, mild, fresh flavor), the standard hot (nice little kick), and the spiciest one (oily, seasoning-forward, and bold) which was hands down my favorite. The burrito itself was MASSIVE. I’m talking two-hands big. The tortilla was soft with flaky, slightly crisp edges, and everything inside was perfectly balanced and satisfying.
It was so good that I dove right in and didn’t even realize until halfway through that I hadn’t snapped a photo That’s how you know it’s legit. By the time I remembered, all that was left was the delicious mess you’ll see in my photos, total demolition. Easily one of the most satisfying breakfast burritos I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Antonio’s is so much like many great Mexican restaurants in San Diego. A employee said many employees have Sandra’s Diego roots. After being stationed there 20 years in the military, Antonio’s will be my “go to” in St Louis. Nice view of the arch. We split rolled tacos, chips and a Horchata. Don’t forget to grab some pickled carrots.

I rolled up to the drive-thru at Antonio’s Mexican Fresh like a lone rider pulling into a quiet frontier town. The man at the window didn’t waste a second—leaned out and said, “What can I make for you today?” Straight to the point. My kind of talk.
I ordered the Steak Breakfast Burrito, and even though they make it fresh from scratch, it came out faster than a gunslinger at high noon. This thing was a monster—about a foot long, packed tight with fresh ingredients, wrapped like it was ready for battle. Came with a side of Salsa Verde and a hot sauce that had just enough kick to wake up a cowboy at dawn.
The taste? Real good. Honest food. The type that doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not.
I only made it halfway through before tapping out. If I finished the whole thing, I’d be taking a late-morning siesta leaning against my saddle.
If you’re hungry—really hungry—Antonio’s will do you right.
Good food. Fast service. No nonsense.

Great counter service Mexican with super cheap daily taco specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There are lots of birria options too. The quesabirria tacos were super hearty and good.

This place could be bad for me…..I’m a sucker for good Mexican food. Finally stopped in this morning for breakfast. The service was quick,.greeted with a smile and the burrito was massive. I got the mix burrito with ham (also has bacon, potatoes, egg, etc). Comes with yummy salsa. I love that this place has a drive thru. So convenient! I will definitely back for their Wednesday street taco special (think the sign said $1.25 each)

Our food was great, service was very friendly we got our food to go. The tacos are to die for and so are the chimichangas. I think they need to give you a little more queso and guac when your order a side of them. Believe me it was well worth our it.

A new addition to my soulard neighborhood. Just ordered there for my first time and what a wonderful experience. Nothing fancy but wonderful smiling people. A very full menu. The prices are unbelievably reasonable. The Tuesday taco deal five for $6 it’s got to be hard to beat. With the open kitchen you can watch your food being prepared from the counter. My meal was fresh and delicious. The beans as well as the rice were perfect. And the meat was hot and freshly prepared. Perfectly seasoned.
With this big menu I just might go back for dinner.
If you’re in South St Louis city you got to check this place out.
