I love the food, but I can’t stand the service or the dining area on the southside of Atlanta—it looks dirty and worn-out. The servers have bad attitudes, making me feel like I’m bothering them and they just want me to leave. That’s the main reason I don’t go back. If the servers stepped up their game, I think the cleanliness would improve too, because when you stop caring, everything else goes downhill also. (Riverdale, Fayetteville and Griffin locations)

From start to finish, this was a VERY unpleasant experience. It’s honestly my fault, I should’ve looked at the Star rating before deciding to come here. The staff was too busy talking obnoxiously loud to hear me and I practically had to yell my order over them in the drive thru. Then, I had to ask twice what was on the burgers since they didn’t seem to know the simple, standard ingredients. At the window, I asked if they honor military discounts and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and charged my card anyway. After inspecting the items, the burgers had onions on them even after telling them no onions. Half the burgers were soggy and the beef patty didn’t even look like meat, it was very pale and slimy. Their Sprite tastes like carbonated soda water with syrup. My wife and I were completely disgusted and became nauseous from the taste and texture of the burgers. The only thing good was the Dr. Pepper. I’m hoping corporate actually contacts me back for a refund because everything went in the trash! PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I don’t even want to get into the atmosphere, cleanliness of the building.

Today i went to this unprofessional Krystal, I placed my order through the intercom twice, there was 1 car in front of me. I waited in line approximately 10mins for the car to move as I see the customer an the employee/manager “Tanya” just laughing an having a great time socializing..when i finally get to the window, Tanya asked me for the 3rd time “what did you order again?” At this time I was irritated an pulled off.. Tanya is very relaxed an unprofessional, rather than socializing with a customer at her window, she could have asked the customer to pull up an park to get to the next customer..There’s a reason I don’t go to Krystal often..

The food is not done double check your food and at this time of morning they do cook krystals but they were trying to argue that they didn’t serve krystals in the morning time krystals are served 24 hours a day I did call corporate office to let them know that the food is wrong cuz somebody’s going to get e coli or something from it

Went to Krystals 1 other time in Orangburg,SC. It was good. Service was a bit slow but got everything warm. That was when it first opened. So many months later decided to go yesterday. I found ads/coupons and tried to use it but was told they don’t use them. We’re on a fixed income and drove 35miles. The order took.45 minutes and on top of that found hair in food. Not long hair ( short) the 2 larger rings were hard and no seasoning. The 2 shakes had lumps ice cream but tasted.like ice. Just didn’t think id have to use my grocery money to eat at Krystals. I really don’t understand why my coupon was not accepted? I know 100 percent my daughter used a coupon on our 1st visiting and told the manager but he said I’ve been here every day since it has open and we don’t. So he has been there everyday from Sun up to Sun down never missed a a day or took one off? I knew that was a lie because it was a female who helped my daughter with the coupon. Yes it was my choice but I could of gone to Outback cheaper. Want feed back on the hair in my food !!

Worst service ever I don’t know what’s going on in the store, but it is horrible. The cashier at 1:30 today Thursday rolling her eyes at customers took her 20 minutes to serve one person and they’re walking around like a zombie. They were not busy but was very disorganized and very, very slow. I will never ever eat at this restaurant again.

Moreland Ave store 415 in Atlanta. Store staff very disrespectful in drive thru. I entered the store to complain to the manager. She was just as disrespectful. She refused to give a name when asked. Then threatened to call the police for me coming to complain.

Ordered 12 Krystal with cheese had to set and wait for 45 mins and only had 2 people in front of me that was waiting for who knows how long. The service here is not that good and the girl at the window seemed to be more worried about chewing her mouth full of gum than trying to get customers anything they needed. The service in a timely manner has gone out the window at this location oh by the way this is in West Memphis Arkansas so if your hungry and don’t have the time to wait for at least 1 hour you will be better off to go next door to McDonald’s
