The burger was excellent, but MAN WAS IT GREASY! I was eating this thing and grease was just dripping out. But that equals good in my book, so a 4. not the best burger I’ve ever had, but it tasted pretty appetizing. The service was speedy and nice and the atmosphere was great being that it’s inside ‘The Hanger’. I would definitely come back, but with the vast amount of food options, it might be a while before I try this again.

Located inside of the hangar, we really enjoyed our dining experience here. Everything on the menu looked great but we ended up with the Cubano sandwich, wagyu smash burger, chili cheese fries, and chicken nuggets. Drinks, we tried their strawberry lemonade and cucumber lemonade-both delicious! We loved the food and appreciated that all the items were fresh. Definitely coming come back!

This location of the Croft is at the LBX. If you haven’t been there already, it’s basically a large food court with lots of seating. The atmosphere is nice for a food court, but let’s get into the food.
I got a kroft chicken sandwich that was supposedly spicy because it had jalapeños in the slaw ( I had the option to make it more spicy for an extra dollar or two). I thought the sandwich came with fries, it did not. Fries were around $4.60 and they were not worth it. The fries were soggy and dry, it felt like they had been sitting around for a few hours. The sandwich was delicious, but not spicy at all.
I definitely felt like I was being nickeled and dimed because they did not have basic ketchup or any sauces to offer with my fries, and they wanted me to pay extra for my “spicy sandwich”, which should have been spicy in the first place.
For a small cup of sauce, it was $.35. Which is fine for speciality sauces, but I just wanted ketchup. they didn’t even have basic ketchup to offer, like any other restaurant/burger place.
So I’m taking away two stars because this place is known for poutine, which is basically fries and gravy and their fries sucked. And because I felt that I was being nickeled and dimed, even though the cost of the items on their menu was already expensive compared to other burger spots in the same food court.

My sister and I came here the other day for the first time. I ordered the original with a soda and a side of fries and my sister ordered the same. The fries were burnt and didn’t taste good, I also didn’t care for the burger. The burger had a wierd after taste. Overall I’ll give this place a 2 star, the staff was very nice and food came out fast. I am glad I tried something new but this will not be a place where I would go get a burger. I did enjoy the live music outside it was very nice.

Worst experience ever. Went for lunch and had a piece of glass in my burger. Cut my mouth and tongue. Blood everywhere. Come to find out they admitted they had a broken jelly jar and that is where the glass came from. The female waitress made excuses for everything and never apologized once.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU EAT GLASS!!!!

I had visited this place for a friends birthday. Out of all the food places here I decided to try this place out. It seemed like there was many people that gave this place high praise, but I didnt have as good of an experience. It was mainly the wait and the service with the mess up of my order that quickly changed the mood. I had tried to order multiple different things like the cheeseburger egg rolls, Braised Beef Fries, and the Braised beef Baked Potato.
My order took the longest out of all my friends, even though I ordered first. When I finally got my order, I took my food to the outside patio to start to eat, and found out that they gave me the wrong order. I went walked all the way back inside, and there was no initial sorry, they just took my order and talked amongst their team members about the mess up. The same thing that happened to another gentleman who came back, possibly switching up our orders. I would at least let us know what is going on, order was messed up, let me make you another one..
After I finally got my food I was able to finally eat it, it was decent, but don’t know if I would pay that much again for it.

I had high hopes. The burger is what is shows in the pictures. Patty is not nicely sizzled like I’ve seen in other pics.its like the meat got boiled instead of pan broiled. The flavor is not there. All I taste is bread, literally. There’s tons of better options at this location. Try any other restaurants and if you really want a burger, go to the habit or anywhere else, literally.

I was at the Long Beach Exchange tonight. I really liked the options on The Kroft’s menu, but I just needed a snack. The sides are 50% off Monday to Friday from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. They offer a huge amount even when paying full price. It makes me want to come back and try the poutine.

Pretty solid food at the Kroft, I was left happy at how good the food was, they have a extensive menu a choice for everyone. the poutine was comforting and filling, the fried chicken sandwich was crispy and packed with flavor, the hot Cheetos fried curds were a surprise but very good, I would give this place a try.

We had a poutine sandwich; which was decent. Service was OK. We are planning on coming back for happy hour on Wednesday. Beer is supposed to be half of during happy hour here?
They have a many customers in this food court open air and indoor seating area. Restrooms are decent and clean S of our visit on a Tuesday evening.
