Highly disappointed. I ordered the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. There was more cheddar than meat. The meat was sliced so thin, it was ridiculous. Should have been called a bread sandwich, because that’s mostly what you get. What saved this sandwich, as far as taste, was the mayo and BBQ sauce, never had it together. To make things worse, when my name was called, the guy handed me my sandwich in it’s container. I asked him if I could have a bag, like everybody else ♂️

Good tasting sandwiches with the usual Firehouse offerings PLUS fries! My dining partner really liked the fries & would order them again while I thought they were just OK. Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean & nicely lighted store. Easy access into the parking lot from Blankenbaker Parkway with plenty of open spaces.

Soooo good! I didn’t get a photo because I scarfed it down so fast! Highly recommend the Steak and Cheese sub! My husband got the Italian which was also yummy! The best part is the buffet of hot sauces to choose from. You can get more than one! The employees were super friendly and I love that they are supportive of the local fire station. In fact there were several nice first responders eating there at the time. Great community vibes! Will be back soon!

You need to check with other restaurants about how to properly make a beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. I dont know what this sandwich is that I got but its not a beef and cheddar that I’ve ever got from any other firehouse. No good for me. Back to Hurstbourne for lunch.
