Thank you for making my birthday dinner wonderful. The waitress was amazing and the sushi is absolutely fantastic. Pretty much the entire staff came out and wished me a happy birthday which was really sweet. My favorite part was being able to buy a beer for all the chefs on duty – more restaurants should offer this as a token of gratitude towards the chefs.

Best sushi place I’ve been too in my life and I’ve been to Japan the country itself and this beats it! The quality of food and quantity is unmatched, you get what you pay for and it’s worth the price by a mile. The chefs do not cheap out and they are precise and amazing with there work of sushi, I will come back here forever.

The food was amazing, the service was over an above! Very pleased with this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and took time to make sure everything was good, even one of the chef’s came to say hi and see everything was good. Definitely will be back!

Worth the drive into Sherwood park as it’s our favourite sushi place in Alberta! Always fresh tasting, cozy atmosphere and amazing service…even the chefs great you in and out of the place! Been to many sushi restaurants but this is top tier! Must try anything with the blue fin tuna!
Update: been coming here over a year and it never misses! Best sushi in Edmonton and surrounding area IMO. Fish always tastes fresh, rolls are amazing and the service is top

We went to have a nice dinner out for her birthday and everything we had was delishous. The place is small so I reserved a table ahead of time. Good thing I did. It was busy. At times it was a bit loud but that’s how people are these days.

Had an amazing time at The Koi Sushi Bar & Grill! The food was excellent—way beyond our expectations. We came as a group and ordered a lot, and honestly, every bite was a chef’s kiss.
The ambiance was perfect, the service was exceptional (huge shoutout to Althea!), and it was worth the price.
To top it off, the owner invited me to sing a few songs, so I performed some that matched the vibe of the place.

Ramen is really good, taste authentic and reminded us of our trips to Tokyo. The rest of our orders were also tasty and fresh. Place have great atmosphere, clean and well organized. Prices are low for the quality of food we received. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

My son and I had dinner here on a Saturday night. It was very busy and so we got to chairs at the bar. We enjoyed the experience of watching the chefs cook. Service was fast, food came quickly and everything was delicious. When my son and I were trying to decide if we wanted dessert, one of the chefs caught our eye and said he would make a a special dessert. It did not disappoint. We will be back. Thank you.

I recently visited Koi, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The rolls were absolutely delicious. What surprised me even more were the prices, which were quite reasonable given the quality of the food. The service was also great. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was smooth from start to finish. Koi is definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re in Sherwood Park.

I’ve eaten a fair bit of sushi before but nothing prepared me for this. The fatty tuna nigiri was obscenely luxurious, a glistening, buttery slice of tuna so rich and tender it literally dissolved like warm silk on my tongue. No chew, no fight, just an explosion of clean, deep ocean sweetness balanced by that perfectly warm, subtly vinegared rice. Each bite felt like the sea was personally saying ‘you’re welcome’ for letting it shine so perfectly. Freshness on another level, no fishiness, just gratitude in every melt. Days later, I’m still replaying it. If you’re in the area or even live 1hr or more away and love sushi, drop everything and go this is the one that ruins it for everywhere else.
