The breakfast special today was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I never expected to say that black beans were life changing, but these were fantastic. Smoky flavor, with a well-seasoned and soft steak. The French toast was good, but it was no match for the special. We got into it so fast that I barely got a picture of it for reference. Our server, Diana, was so kind and helpful. 10/10 we will be back next time we are back in the area.

We try to hit this place at least once every time we’re in Sun valley. It’s probably the best breakfast in Sun Valley now that Perry’s is closed. We got a hot chocolate with whip cream. We also had eggs Benedict and some other stuff. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Everybody enjoyed their meals. Can’t wait to come back in July.

I was in the mood for an early afternoon breakfast and found The Kneadery. The bacon, eggs and hash browns were all well prepared and delicious. I also ordered French toast and it was superb – best I’ve ever had! It was served with caramelized chunks of pumpkin and apple, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and just the right amount of syrup and whipped cream – just outstanding! Highly recommended!

A must go breakfast spot in Sun Valley. We were blown away by their eggs Benedict. We strongly recommend both the Cowboy Benny (very tender shirt steak and a fun twist with the jalapeños) and the Eggs Benedict with smoked Idaho trout (subtle smokiness, feels very light). Finish it off with a warm, soft (and giant) cinnamon roll and you have yourself a very satisfying and memorable breakfast!

We enjoyed the atmosphere and breakfast food here. The pork schnitzel and waffle was great – love that the waffle was seasoned savory. The hash brown was a little underdone for my taste, but that was my only complaint about the food. We were not given spoons to stir sugar and cream into our coffee, which was awkward. I found myself using a knife handle to stir my refill, as the knife had schnitzel and gravy on it.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon. Instead, I received a breakfast sandwich with under-cooked sausage. I picked the egg out of the sandwich and ate that which wasn’t the best. I brought this to the attention of the server right away and yet I was charged full price. A $7 dollar scrambled egg….what a joke. Will not return, there are better places to eat in Ketchum.

Very cozy and cute rustic decor with lots of animal heads on the wall which is very Idahoan, I’m thinking. We waited about half an hour to get seated and mostly enjoyed our food. The staff was very friendly and attentive! I ordered a veggie omelette without cheese, which was probably my mistake because the eggs were overcooked. The cheese would’ve helped make it better. Everything else was tasty for my crew—the 2-2-2, cinnamon roll, fruit cup and blueberry muffin. The guava mimosa was ok. I guess I shouldn’t have tried to eat healthy food in a place like this.

We had a great breakfast here. Belgium waffles and French toast. Good coffee and bloody. Though they were busy we were seated right away. Not a quiet spot but fun energy in the room.

Breakfast was very tasty! From the omelette, to the crispy bacon, to the thick and fluffy French toast, it was all delicious! My only complaint is the “fresh squeezed orange juice” is NOT fresh but instead just a jug from the store. They should change the wording on their menu but other than that, great breakfast spot!

Good food, good service! It a hot spot so be prepared to wait to sit. The cowboy Benny was a good change, good steak. The huevos kneadery was something different but super good! Mimosas were on point and the decor was awesome!
