I had such a great experience at Bojangles! From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming and the service was on point. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — exactly what you hope for every time. The biscuits were perfectly buttery and the chicken was crispy and seasoned just right.
I especially want to shout out Jaelyn Crum for going above and beyond. Jaelyn was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was correct with my order. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and it made the whole visit even better.

I had such great service at the drive-through tonight to young ladies help me. I believe it was brie and maybe Allison. But they were so friendly. I’m so personable. Fast service they made sure my order was perfect. It made the stop delightful. Besides the great food.

I came in today and had a great experience. Breanna had great customer service skills. Very attentive while ordering to make sure I didn’t for get any part of my meal. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Restraunt was very clean. This was the freshest meal I have had from any Bojangles in sometime.

I really enjoy going to this Bojangles location. It is clean, the parking lot is tidy and the staff is friendly. It rare to have an employee actually smile at you these days, but their drive-thru staff have been polite, friendly, warm & smiling. Good customer service is more than a skill, it is also a level of sincerity that can’t be well faked.

June 30, 2025 I purchased a five piece Supremes meal. Ordering was easy using AI. I had an excellent human interaction! I truly enjoyed the service with a smile and the freshly cooked food! Thanks!
June 5, 2025 I attempted to purchase food here. I asked for a 5 piece Supreme box, no meal. They said they didn’t have it. Offered me 4 supremes like it was a negotiation!! Wt? What? No. Just no. So, I went to the Belmont location and they were happy to sell me food.
