I have a soft spot for this place, I’ll be honest. Lots of memories, a go to for whenever I came downtown, usually pretty decent music playing, and plenty of characters to get acquainted with. It’s small, it’s loud, it’s dark, it’s perfect, just the way it is. It doesn’t have any real bells or whistles, even the popcorn machine’s been down since the start of Covid, but to me it’s charming in it’s own little punk way. Keep on, keepin’ on, Keller Bar.

Yoooooo!!! The Wednesday night Open Mic Comedy is not like any other; anywhere. Unlike most comedy open mics, there’s real people in The crowd. Plus, a panoramic array of Humorists come through every week, either fresh from your or straight off the street. It’s like a “Comedy Gym”. If you’re into raw comedy at all, this is your spot for sho.
