The food was really good overall. I had the rib steak cooked medium well, which was $72. It was flavorful, cooked just the way I asked, and had a nice char on the outside while staying tender inside. That said, I’d highly recommend the blackened chicken my friend ordered, it was seasoned perfectly, juicy, and honestly stole the show at our table. If I went back, I’d seriously consider ordering that instead.
The ambience was cool and inviting, with a relaxed but upscale vibe that made it great for a nice night out. The service was also great, our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, it was a really enjoyable dining experience.

Amazing service, delicious food… a lovely night with family! We ordered mushrooms neptune, escargot, lobster bisque, keg burger, rib steak with a seafood Oscar and whiskey peppercorn sauce, onion rings, Caesar Brussels sprouts, Billy miner pie, and coffee.

That was the best steak I have had in a lonnnng time! Starting with the server who was dropped from efficiency heaven with a side of warmth in her personality and a perfect non-alcoholic cocktail suggestion…Alyssa was absolutely top notch! Didn’t have to share the delish baked garlic shrimp, so that was a total bonus! The medium well steak offering was perfection on a plate! Highly recommend! Dined solo, felt invited and well looked after!

We enjoy The Keg. On a visit today, my husband ordered prime rib 14 oz and I ordered the iceberg wedge with blue cheese dressing & bacon, and added a 4 oz steak. Appetizer was bacon wrapped scallops. The food was delicious, but we waited an hour for our main course – this despite stating we were in a hurry. In addition, the doors were opened for us at 4:00 pm – no one else was in the restaurant, so it wasn’t like they were crowded and short staffed. Our server was lovely; very pleasant and accommodating. However, the kitchen was ridiculously slow. We would visit again based on food, but we would ask the kitchen to do better please regarding service time. We should not have had to wait a whole hour when the restaurant was empty upon arrival.

I’ve been to this location many times and it’s always a good experience but the last time I went it was exceptional. Our server Semera was amazing! The best server I’ve had anywhere. She was always checking in on our table; there was never a moment of wondering where our server was. Also, a couple of people had some dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond to make sure those people still felt included in the dinner. Since they couldn’t have the bread (GF and Dairy) she offered to bring a plate of veggies, then even told us that the oil used to fry the fries may have some dairy in it. We’ve never had any server at the Keg give us any alternatives for the bread or even go as far to let us know how the food is made. She really went above and beyond!

Had such a fantastic time right from the start, the front-of-house staff were super friendly and welcoming. Matt, the manager, came over to say hello and was incredibly kind and genuine. It’s rare to see that kind of personal touch these days. Our server, Devon, was awesome fun to talk to, attentive, and made some great menu suggestions that hit the spot. The food was delicious, the vibe was just right, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. Big thanks to the whole team for making our visit so special. Can’t wait to come back!

Made reservations for March 1st way back in February. They crammed us on a table with hardly elbow room. There were 14 of us. Brought the salads out at different times. Mixed up my daughter’s dinner. The dinner I ordered had no vegetables with it just potato and meat. For the money they charge for these meals it was a terrible experience and will never go back there. Too bad cause that used to be my favourite place.

Great restaurant with tasty food. Had one of the legendary Keg specials (Steak and Fries) while my date had the mushroom rice combo. The waiting staff were exceptionally nice and the ambience was calm and lovely. Although overall, it might seem a little pricey for regular everyday singing. I’ll recommend making reservations for special occasions
