I stopped by the Keg for the first time today as I had heard they had good chicken.
I ordered a dark meat meal and the chicken was very good. It had great seasoning and came out piping hot.
The sides were good as well.
I will definitely be going back.

I visited around 12:00 with my partner and a few local friends. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. This was my second time here, and after what happened today, it will absolutely be my last.
When we arrived, it was somewhat busy, and there appeared to be only two employees working a woman and a man. While waiting for someone to take our order, we walked up to look at the buffet. The woman who was cleaning and restocking the food looked at me with what felt like a hateful expression. I chose to ignore it at the time.
She later came to our table to take our orders. She took everyone else’s order but skipped mine after I asked for a menu. When she handed it to me, it was done with noticeable attitude. After my friend and I commented on how rude the interaction felt, she sent the male employee to take my order instead and then made it a point not to return to our table for the remainder of our visit.
When the food arrived, the chicken strips were barely warm and tasted as though they had been fried hours earlier. To make matters worse, when the bill came, the waiter felt the need to explain to me where to leave the tip, as if I didn’t understand how a receipt works.
At that point, I couldn’t help but feel the rudeness was intentional. I was the only person of color at the table, and it genuinely felt like I was being treated differently because of that. For context, I am a graduate and hold a doctorate degree. I certainly do not need someone explaining how to fill out a receipt.
Whether this treatment was due to racial bias or because I was perceived as an out of towner, it was unacceptable. No one should feel unwelcome or singled out while dining.
For the record, despite the experience, I still left a tip even though it was against my better judgment. That said, I will not be returning or supporting this establishment again. This experience was not right, and it was deeply disappointing.

First time eating at this place. Food was very good. Their Chicken is the best! I would eat here again and recommend eating at this place. Nice ,clean place inside, wait staff friendly and helpful. They have an full buffet with salad bar included- during certain hours, or just salad bar and menu to order from . Call them first for hours of full buffet. They also have carry out.

Damn this place is delicious. Chicken is cooked to perfection. Great service. Has a little bit of a wait but its coming out hot and fresh vs sitting under a hot lamp.

I ordered the 4 piece jumbo tender meal with baked beans and potato wedges. I also ordered 2 dark pieces of fried chicken, a leg and a thigh. My fiancé ordered the chislic meal with potato salad and fries. My jumbo tenders were very tough and dry they were not good at all. My two pieces of fried chicken were fantastic they were crunchy and juicy. My potato wedges were decent but they only gave me 4 like really wow what a generous side. My baked beans tasted weird. My fiancés chislic was very dry she barely got any fries as you can see in the photo and she said the potato salad tasted funky. They don’t make good chicken tenders or chislic here I would never order them things again. The fried chicken legs and thighs are really good. We got almost every sauce they had to offer. Some were good and some were terrible. The side portion sizes are very small and disappointing. This is a chicken spot and they don’t have mashed potatoes which is very disappointing. The staff seemed fairly friendly. We payed 41 dollars and we were pretty unsatisfied with our food to say the least. Would I come back here again it’s highly unlikely unless I really just wanted legs and thighs. But as unhappy as we were with our food I think we will just head to kfc from now on.

The fried chicken is decent with good size portions. The batter was light not too heavy, and the chicken meat was light and fluffy. The chicken on its own would be 4 stars, the sides however are pretty lackluster, since none of them were made in house. It’s a good bang for your buck, the prices are very reasonable. The server did a nice job and was polite and friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and instead of the refund THEY offered all I wanted was an apology. The refused to have the responsible party take accountability and simply apologize. I ordered a 10pc and potato wedges and got an 8pc with fries. My first impression was definitely my last. It is easy to tell why the other location closed.**just noticed they also o ly gave me 2 dinner rolls instead of 4. I should have taken the refund.

Was my first time trying their wings and thought the onion rings were perfect and the mango habanero sauce was superb. Also tried the hot wings which were also perfect. Hot enough to make you sip your beverage but not too hot. Now their Carolina Reaper sauce could be a different story (I did not try those). Prices are average compared to other chicken wing outlets.

The family and I stopped in here to carb load the night before a trail run, and I got to choose. I had the hungries for chicken, and this place didn’t disappoint! I also had the salad bar which wasn’t anything to brag about but had the essential sides worthy of great chicken. Speaking of chicken, it was all good from the tenders to the wings! The flavors were great, the ranch sauce was a little on the bland side though. I’d recommend the sweet chili sauce for the wings.

I ordered chicken strips to go but when I got home they don’t look fully cooked. When I called to tell them about it they said someone at the bar was in the same drop and there’s were fine so yours should be to. The breading is runny and gooey not crispy. Worst service I’ve ever received. Wish I could add the pictures i took. I will never eat here again and tell everyone about the issues.
