Oh dang! The portion is pretty huge. I got the chicken shawarma wrap. You can customize it pretty good. My initial is this will be a good wrap. It felt heavy, it was big and I was excited. Biting into it my excitement calmed down a bit. You can’t really taste the marinated chicken shawarma and what was a bit overpowering was the taste of burnt tortilla. I personally think it should be a warmed tortilla but they went toasted and now all I taste is the burnt tortilla. Still a good healthy wrap and so I give it a 7.1/10. The location looked clean, I did not go into the restroom, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I will go back and see if it’s a one off.

The food is always fresh and delicious! the kebabs are packed with flavor and everything’s made just right. But honestly, Antonio takes it to another level.
I come to this kebab shop regularly, and every single time Antonio is there, the experience is 10/10. He is hands down the best customer service person I’ve ever met. From the moment you walk in, he’s welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every customer. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, his professionalism, patience, and positive attitude are unmatched.
Even while waiting for my food, I always notice how hard-working he is. He manages to juggle multiple orders with a smile, keeps everything running smoothly, and treats every single person with the same respect and kindness. His work ethic is incredible, and his energy brings such a good vibe to the place.
Antonio is the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have! Someone who not only does his job well but makes people want to come back just because of how he treats them. Truly top-tier customer service and an amazing representation of the brand.

I had a bit of a technical nightmare trying to locate a remaining balance on an e-gift card, but the level of service I received at The Kebab Shop was honestly world-class.
An employee spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me, exhausting every possible troubleshooting method to find my credit. When the system just wouldn’t cooperate, they didn’t just give up they took the initiative to honor my remaining balance by sending me a new code manually. I am so incredibly grateful for that kind of integrity and patience. It’s rare to see a business prioritize a customer’s experience over a digital glitch.
On top of the stellar service, the food is consistently fantastic.

Their food is very delicious: a lot of specialities from Hyderabad and others from the north.
Their biryani is truly authentic, i had it with gongura and chicken. I liked gongura the best.

The Hyderabad eggplant, the chicken 65 and finally the Andhra fish fry were excellent too.
The atmosphere is relaxed and they don’t overcharge in tipping: it’s a range from 5% to 12%. It is a fine range for a restaurant where you walk up to the cashier to order. The personnel is warm.
Families come here predominantly.

I’ve been here before and the food is delicious, but for $20 this is an absolute joke, On top of spending extra to get kofta, they only give you one piece. I hope their portions change soon!
