When i asked her why she was taking it if its good for several months, she quickly lashed out and rudely stated, ” We HAVE to get it EVERYTIME you use a coupon”. I then told her that it’s good for several months and ive used it before and it wasn’t taken? She again quickly repeated what she had said before. I understand that at the end of their day they have to submit coupons with their reports BUT she didn’t have to lash out that way. A soft voice with her explanation would have been nice. She needs to be kept under supervision or not work with customers at all.
