What a joke! $14.50 for a cold turkey sandwich with nearly no meat & a smidgen of lettuce. That’s ridiculous! How can they justify scalping passengers like this?
I usually bring a sandwich, but we arrived after lunch and expected to be home before supper. Our plane was delayed 3½ hours & we weren’t notified until after we went thru security.
There’s no excuse for such exorbitant price….. except that they “can”.

Ordered French fries. They were complete raw and soaked in grease. I’m handicapped so couldn’t return them. How disgusting, not sure how someone could serve that in good faith. Avoid at all costs. And the airport should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this

Truly, the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. They called this a Panini. I believe it’s just a microwave frozen sandwich which turns to pure mush.

I was at the Punta Gorda airport allegiant the little efficiency store right there in front of gate six I was getting something to drink for me and my granddaughter and some snacks and the young lady that was checking me out. Asked me if I wanted my receipt. I said, yes, she gave it to me as she was given it to me. A lot of paper was thrown past my face and hit a gentleman in his back that was walking out The other the guy that checked him out beside me was a black guy. The guy walking out was a white gentleman The Guy said what was that and your employee said that’s your receipt if you don’t want it throw it in the trashcan out out past the door to the right he said I didn’t want my receipt. He said you got your damn receipt so you throw it away and threw it at him and hit him in the back I could not believe for the life of me that I just witnessed that and employee throwing a receipt and hitting the guy in the back no granted that receipt was not gonna hurt him or damage him, but it was the Inexperienced, poor judgment not so great customer service to that gentleman he picked it up off the floor and walked over to my lady that checked me out and said do you have a trashcan back there that gentleman then screamed at that guy again and said no you can’t use the trashcan back here. It’s outside the door. That’s your receipt that gentleman needs to be fired or taken away from the Front position of that store. He is not customer service. He gives a poor representation of Black people. My son-in-law is a black man, and he would never think about acting or talking like that to anyone of any color, but he definitely had a problem with that white gentleman do better in training your front line people which is also what I call on stage people. They are always on stage when you were in customer service you have to watch what you do your words and how you react that was only a few few minutes from my granddaughter space and mine Review your cameras I would’ve been there about our flight took off at 4:12 so I arrived at the airport somewhere between 130 and two so it would’ve been by the time I got through the gate and everything or security so right in between them so review your tapes And see how your employee acted. I almost called security, but I didn’t want to get involved because I felt like it would make it a bigger scene and you already had some allegiant employees not being very kind and then this guy poor experience.

They pack you into a barely habitable seat and can’t have decent concessions. Food choices are better at a 3rd world gas station.

At 7:20 in the morning I asked the bartender how she would describe Kona beer but said I didn’t want to order one at this time. She described it as a pale ale. As I was walking out I heard her say to another patron “management doesn’t like it when I say ‘then get out of my bar ” what a rude jerk

The food was terrible!!!!! We tried 2 different Panini’s & both were disgusting!!! The bun was terrible and there was hardly any meat on it. Zero stars for food. Mine went into the trash! The airport staff and service were great. This review is specifically for the food. They really need to have a better lunch/dinner options.

We fly in every 60-90 days, this is the second time Noelle was so completely rude we did not even place our order. I’m sure she’s chased away at least 5x her salary . On her personal cell and was very nasty. Asked what we wanted to drink, I looked up to see what they had , she repeated, what do you want to drink? This is a bar you know.
Really nasty tone of voice.
I looked at her and said, yes I realize it’s a bar and I was going to order something, but not now, after being treated so rudely.
This is a he second time she has treated us this way, it’s not just us, I heard others complaining as well.

Liz the bartender in the morning is amazing ! Me and my husband flew to Cincinnati and had several drinks with her. She even let us eat which previous bartenders would refuse to serve is food unless getting drinks. I just want to say the service was great and professional.
The area was very clean and she worked like a dog taking care of each person. Super sweetheart. The store and gift ares was also well kept and friendly.
Also like to add The older blond is rude and lazy I’m glad to see a younger more vibrant bartender serving this airport
