Drive thru experience: Food was awesome! Hot and fresh! The real excellence came from the young lady in the window, Sequoia! She was an absolute shining light! Very sweet, helpful and informative! Even recommended her favorite sauces (I love having just the right sauce!). She was very friendly with my toddler who had her window rolled down in the backseat and she personally picked out a special age-appropriate happy meal toy for her. She gave excellent customer service and made sure to point out the free kid’s cone coupon for us! Excellent experience, and wonderful service!

The Freeze was my favorite dessert item and I wanted to buy one for my friend who has never had one and we got just liquid with the smallest amount of ice cream and asked if they could remake it and they said that is how it supposed to be made, I have never been to an A&W with worse product… DO NOT GO IF YOU LIKE A&W this location is so ridiculous for how expensive it is. Go literally anywhere else

Amelia S. Was amazing we have had the best time she’s super high energy very friendly and was all around amazing! Our order was wrong just did fries instead of cheese curds and without hesitation got us a fresh batch of cheese curds. She got us all our food and even went as far to get our sauces for us when she didn’t have to!

A & W for the win again % ‼️6.22.23 The staff clearly like ❤️ their “job”. Happy employees, happy place, thank you for the nice atmosphere. With this menu, you can find something here to enjoy. The food was so fresh and tasty, I’ll be back for sure. The place has updated their booths/tables and they are very comfy.
There is outside seating. They have a drive thru, too. And they have high chairs.

The kitchen staff are amazing, after phenomenal team. They cheered eachother on, very high positive energy. And the food was done to perfection. One of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. This an absolute must visit! My family and I stop here every time we are in Moscow.
